Godfather's Pizza — Restaurant in Grimes

My husband called and ordered our pizza over the phone.. we live in Ankeny so we had to drive a ways to pick up our pizza! He ordered 2 medium pizzas 1-with sausage mushrooms black olives And the other one thin crust meat lovers..he told them make sure there is no onions on them my wife is allergic to them please.. after getting home with our pizzas I said it has onions on it and Pepperoni ! Are you kidding me they can’t even get it right let alone the fact that they put onions on it after he said I was allergic to them ! My husband called and asked for the manager.. the manager told my husband that they were busy sorry! Sorry just don’t cut it when someone is allergic to something that could kill them!!! AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called to order a to go Pizza at the Grimes, Ia location. They asked me to hold. At the 10 min mark I decided to drive up and place my order as I assumed they were to busy to man the the phones. Upon arriving I encountered 0 people there waiting and no one on the phone. A pimply kid asked if he could help. He was oblivious to my complaint of still being on hold which I was. His manager was not helpful and couldn't even come up with an apology.

I run a large restaurant for a living. I would immediately fire the kid and the manager. It is no wonder this place is hurting. I am guessing it will be out of business soon. Ordered 4 pizzas to be delivered. The wait was not really a problem have always enjoyed there pizzas. The problem was that the delivery driver delivered to the house across the street from me. The neighbors didn't even bother to say it wasn't there's. Called the store in Grimes and got a free giant cookie pizza. Went out side to wait for the driver. This time I said finally. And he delivered to my next door neighbor with me standing there and completely ignored me saying those are mine. Called again got my whole order for free and the manager personally delivered it.
