I wanted to give my review of this place. I was visiting a friend from out of town and he said this is a great place to eat. So we went...

We entered and sat down and our waitress came over to great us. She was not very pleasant. She was one with the tattoo on her right wrist. She seemed like she did not want to be there. I asked her if they had any cider beers either strong bow or angry orchard. Her response," look at the beer menu it has all our beers". She was not friendly and this point i wanted to leave. If I was with my wife or any other friend I would have walked out. But my friend told me this was a great place to eat so i stayed. I have waited tables at several places in the past and I would never say that. I sat there looking at it. By they way the beers are all logos. there is no list. So i am staring at front and back of logos to find what I want. I asked her to ask the bartender because she did not know. She said they are on on the list and said she would give us a few minutes. Turns out they did not have it so I got another beer.

Appetizers. My friend and I saw nachos and thought it would be great. I have had nachos at other places and normally everything comes on top and a lot of them. We ordered them .. What we got was a paper place of approximately chips with what looked like melted cheese from a pump and in the middle three small paper cups (like the ones at arbys to put your sauces in) with jalapenos, a small spoon full of sour cream and salsa. Horrible presentation and not a lot for $7.50. Also trying to get the sour cream out was horrible for two people. Not even enough.

Now we ordered our burgers. She never listened to what I said for temperature. I had to repeat it twice and as I listened to her take orders from other tables next to us she did not pay attention at all. I ordered my burger and I said to her "in stead of fries can i have onion rings with honey mustard". she said ok. She came back to the table and stated that she did not have honey mustard. They sell chicken fingers so i was surprised no honey mustard. I asked for blue cheese then.

I get my food. Again with the paper plates i got a basket of onion rings and again a small dixie cup like the nachos with blue cheese. I asked for more blue cheese.

The burger was very good and the onion rings were good as well. I did not get any lettuce and tomato like the menu says.

So i get my bill. I was shocked for the bill. I started looking at why it was so high. I thought that fries came with the burger. GUESS WHAT THEY DO NOT AND IT IS NOT POSTED ON THEIR MENU THAT IT IS ONLY A BURGER....

When I said i would substitute the onion rings for fries my waitress should have said something. Also there was two sizes with the onion rings. small or large. my waitress never asked what i wanted. She gave me the most expensive one. She never told me it was extra...

Also the waitress never charged my friend for his lemon aid.. I never complained to the manager because of my friend. I was highly pissed when I left. Not only was the serve not good, the waitress never told us that fries do not come with the burgers. It is not on the their menu and she never asked for a size of the onion rings. Plus the plates are very tacky and cheap. The way sides comes in are not professional and the nachos were very very over charges. Hell a nacho bell grande from taco bell you get more nachos with meat and only costs 4 dollars or so.

I would never come back here.. They need to re word their menu.. the waitress needs to explain to customers about no sides with the burgers..and what size they want to order with...

My wife and I arrived 5pm, Saturday - only table as we walked in. We were excited - hadn't been here in long time and remember good times here in the past. Waitress took drink order and promptly delivered. Took dinner order and read it back to us confirming accuracy. Potato skins arrived with sooo much cheese on them - we dumped half of it onto plate (Decided to keep excess to dip fries in, yum) but had to ask waitress to bring us silverware so we could eat - she APOLOGIZED and went to get the silverware. Next - Watched waitress bring Wifes Swiss burger to another table - they declined - it wasn't theirs. it went back to the grill area and the waitress had a discussion will grill staff. We waited. Waitress finally brought my Wifes burger and APOLOGIZED to us because "The kitchens timing was off" My Wife accepted burger because she was very hungry! This gets better - we had to ask for her French fries! Waitress APOLOGIZED and promptly delivered fries COLD!!! told waitress to take fries and take off bill - take all the excess cheese sauce too - don't need it to dip fries in anymore! GETS BETTER! Finally get my burger - waitress APOLOGZED again and walks away. I realize there is no top bun - NO TOP BUN!!! Had to flag down waitress to get top bun! Waitress APOLOGIZED and went off to the grill area to seek out my top bun. Meanwhile I asked another employee to get me a carry out container - I never ate! I was hoping a camera crew would come out and tell us this was a set up joke - HA HA HA - NOPE - that didn't happen. After all that - we still had the courtesy to tip waitress!!! Doubt if we'll...

We ate here on a Friday evening outside on their patio. What we liked was the simple menu, all bar food, and served simply on paper plates in neat kitschy plastic plate holder baskets. Their patio was nice and you can tell it's not their first rodeo as everything was glued down to ceramic tile weights. Ample beer selection and the mixed drinks were prepared well. What we didn't like and why I feel it gets an "it's okay" from me was value. Nothing about the food was spectacular and I felt it cost $1-2 more than it should. Especially since burgers don't come with fries. Another negative isn't really their fault other than the location they picked and that's parking. Parking on Mack is always a PITA. And finally our server ghosted us like we were her Tinder date after we said we needed a few minutes to decide. Maybe it was a misunderstanding but even as the crowed died down it was difficult to get get to come around plus she didn't offer or realize to split the check when we were clearly two different...
