Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Grosse Pointe

Worst customer service today . I ordered the antipasto salad. The young lady said it would be ready in 10 minutes so I went out to my van for 10 minutes came back in and they had not even started my salad, different cashier Her name is Katy said all they're going to work on it right now, I said yes I heard her say that but she told me it would be 10 minutes that's why I went outside and waited. Katy gave me the rudest attitude raising her voice saying I told you she's working on it! right now! really rude and obnoxious, I asked for plastic ware for the salad and she basically almost threw it at me. and told me to have a nice day, it was in the tone of fu you in a very rude voice I will not be back to this Jet's Pizza. I do not recommend this Jet's Pizza at all. I called This Jet Pizza on the phone afterwards and asked to speak with the manager Katy said she is the manager I then asked for the general manager. she said she's not comfortable giving out his name, who in their right mind As a managerWould tell a customer they're not going to give out the manager's name.Katy is not customer service oriented at all and could really use a class on...

So a few years back there was this running joke that one of my friends family lived under the floor boards. But that would have been horrible. But then we started smelling something weird after the place burnt down so we looked under the still smoking boards and there weren't people down there but there were rats. When they opened a new location they took the rats and used them to make the toppings on pizzas. But the funny thing was that the reason the fire was started was to get rid of the suits. You see, the suits contained bodies and were evil and had to be destroyed. So this guy named Henry decided to do something about it. But his old friend and nemesis William didn't want him to, so he put on his suit. That suit was a yellow rabbit costume. Now these suits were designed so that if they had a jerky movement the gears inside would enclose on the thing inside. Well, William was panicked and the suit closed on him. New review: They removed some toppings, and other items from the menu and over all any pizza we order seems to have less on them now, consistency is a big issue as well.

I still occasionally order from them but frequency has dropped a lot since I can no longer get my go to pizza, and the pizza I do order is always a mystery to what I'll actually recieve.

Old review: One of my favorite pizza franchises.

Clarity on order sometimes isn't enough so check the box before you leave.
