I ordered a Turkey Rubin and a Medium Chili. I bite into the sandwich and I noticed a horrible taste so when I took the bread Apart I noticed that The bread was so old (white pale, dry onion roll) hard and gross, there was some type of red (not orange)sauce at the top of my sandwich. I did not order a sauce change, the cheese was hard and it Smelled so bad! There was old Sourcrout instead of coleslaw on my sandwich. So I turned to the chili that was cold! Why did I do that! I heated the chili up and hope for the best and let me just say It seemed like there was a filling from a sausage used in that "chili", not ground turkey! No taste bland with excessive beans. I dumped it. Now that I think about it how good is a deli thats always empty! Anyway it's 3:35 A.M. I promise to God I'm having the worst chest pains, of my life! I'm not even gonna talk about the gas, when I say never ever go here, please listen! Their food could literally kill someone. I find myself here easily once a week as they have a ton of vegetarian options including Impossible, Beyond and their own concoctions. They also happened to make one helluva quesadilla which comes with red beans and rice on the side. Fills you up for just $7. They have a LOT of options on their menu, so if you are overwhelmed, start with the Top 10 list. I've never had anything I didn't like and they are very consistent. The staff is very friendly and there are plenty of good vibes and music happening in the kitchen. It's a small place, so most people order to go or have it delivered, but the kitchen is capable of producing a lot of orders so definitely consider them if you have to feed a hungry crew. Only read the reviews while waiting for the sandwich. Wanted to try something new, different and from the fast food norm. Lots of options. From meats to breads from hot to cold. Bagged chips and bottles/cans of beverages are on hand. While the place looks like a step up from fast food, the menu and packaging says gourmet. The ingredients say fresh and above fast food quality, the lack of sauces and that extra kick keeps the food away from gourmet status. A little push and they would be great gourmet sandwiches (sauces, pickles etc)or take away the double butcher paper wrapped pretentious and lower the price and be a really great step above fast food.
