The service was disappointing! My husband and I arrived about 6pm craving for a good pizza. We sat at the bar, the place had about 5 tables w customers only, there were about 8 waiters available, so plenty of employees. We got our first round of drinks and by the time we were ready to order food most waiters and waitresses, including the one that took our order at the bar were all talking and joking among themselves near the kitchen area for quite a while, we waited but eventually had to waive to see if anyone would take notice that we needed service. We ordered a pizza, but the waitress told us they were out of dough because it was being prepared. We said we could wait but she checked and it was going to take over an hour for the dough to be ready. Then, we asked for an order of tuna tartare after the waitress checked the exact ingredients on it (we wanted to make sure there was no ingredients to cause me allergies). She had to check with the kitchen several times because she didn’t know the ingredients and kept guessing. Finally the order arrived and it had a dressing all over it that she didn’t mention. We asked what was in that dressing and she kept guessing, so we asked to talk w the chef or cook who prepared the plate but nobody showed up, the waitress kept making trips to the kitchen back and forth with different guess of what it was. We had to return the order because we never got a straight answer and we felt unsafe eating anything in that place where there was no supervision or control. We left hungry and...

We began our meal with the Truffle Mac & Cheese, a decadent starter that combines the earthiness of truffle with the perfectly cooked pasta. Alongside, Julietta's Meatballs stood out as a hearty and flavorful appetizer, with well-seasoned sauce and tender texture.
The highlight of our dining experience was the Parma Pizza. Its thin, crispy crust was topped with cherry tomatoes, sautéed onion, prosciutto, and arugula that struck a perfect balance of flavors. The finishing touch to our meal was the Mousse Chocolate, an exquisite dessert that delivered a rich, velvety end to our feast.
The restaurant’s bar offers both classic and creative cocktails, a must-try being the Florentine Fields and the Dolce Vita Martini. Each drink was crafted with care, complementing the meal beautifully.
Service here is exceptional, with Cristal—a name you'll often find praised in other reviews—providing attentive and insightful recommendations that enhanced our experience. We visited on a Sunday afternoon around 2 pm, and while the restaurant wasn’t bustling, the ambiance was comfortably serene.
For those planning a visit, the restaurant accepts credit cards and offers parking options—either in a nearby private lot or on the street. This restaurant deserves a spot on your list, whether you’re a local or just...
Read moreI went with my family as a last minute plan since we weren’t able to make it to the Christmas family dinner but let me just say best decision ever! The service from the moment I called to confirm if they were open to the bill was just incredible. The prices are definitely worth the amount of food since one plate can feed 2-3 people. The atmosphere was very relaxing especially since the parking was right across the street and one of the employees validated the ticket for us. Definitely going back when I have the chance for their Tiramisu since it is...
