We went there hoping the positive, previous reviews were true, unfortunately that was not our experience. The young lady at the counter was as engaging as a dead bug. The food was mediocre, the burgers were not great at all and the sweet potato fries and regular fries were soggy. I love this burger chain. I would dare to say it is the best burger joint in Puerto Rico. Lots of options for toppings and extras. You'll never run out of hot sauces combinations to try.
