I absolutely love Qdoba and this is my favorite location. The only negative about the location itself is the limited parking; going alone is a risk, because you don't now if you'll be able to park. They do have a drive through option though. One thing that makes them so worthwhile is that they are not at all stingy when serving, which is amazing. One entree can last me two meals.
Unfortunately, last time I ordered to pickup, my bowl had the wrong ingredients. Thankfully I checked my bag before leaving, otherwise I would've been extremely upset. The manager (or who I think is the manager) however immediately got the issue taken care of and I got my bowl with the ingredients I had asked for.
This is definitely somewhere you can trust to make their wrongs right, and because of that, I will continue being a customer and recommending to...
Read moreRestaurant closed doors and drive thru more than 5 minutes before the closing time posted on their sign! That's the last time coming to this place and I'm deleting the app, good riddance! Past review: Burrito was somewhat smaller than in the states franchises. But that ridiculously small cup they give you when you order Chips and Queso it's highway robbery it was like paying for a sample at Costco but with a bag of chips. The food servers look liked they were overwork slaves all sour and moody, but at least they make a decent okay burrito. One employee screamed it's almost clock out time for the whole restaurant to hear. Lots of employees behind the counter but the tables were dirty with old food crumbs and salsa. Parking is small, limited and poorly designed, beware if you got a really big SUV or Pick-up when the...
Read moreI placed a salad order to pick up. The parking is limited as the restaurant gets pretty crowded so I had to circle the lot a couple times. My order was ready when I arrived, so that was nice. I had to ask for my drink cup which was no big deal. They forgot my salad dressing. The salad was sitting in a pool of chicken juice which made the whole thing soggy. The “fajita grilled vegetables” were completely raw peppers and onions. I asked for light corn salsa and light cheese and they took that way too literal. There was maybe 2 pieces of corn and a tiny dusting of cheese. I’d hate to see the regular portions. And half the chips were extremely stale. There are definitely some kinks to work out and I hope they get them fixed. QDOBA is a great option...
