If you don't take the time to read the review, whatever you do don't order the Thanksgiving meal in hopes to feed your family adequately. False advertising.
I ordered the Thanksgiving meal that advertises feeding 4-6. As I arrived for my pickup, I called in and they advised me a few minutes someone will bring it out to me. After 15 minutes, with no update, I entered the store and met someone that was carrying my box out. When they I took the box, initially I thought it was light. After arriving home, I could not believe what I was looking at. The meal included Turkey, 2 sides which I chose Mac and Cheese and MASH potatoes. Came with dressings and sauces and huge tray of 24 rolls. The problem is the turkey was the size of a child's plate, the mac and cheese and mash potatoes were no bigger then a single serving of a bowl of mac and cheese. In no way would this come close to feeding 3 adults let alone 6. Thinking there must of been a mistake or something left out, I called the store and asked for the Manager. I got an individual by the name of Bobby who advised he was the manager but later advised he was Shift leader. I explained my issue politely and after two minutes he advised that he would speak to his general manager Andrea. He quickly came back and advised there was nothing he could do. There was no attempt from there part to make things right, offer more food, or some what of a refund. It appeared they did not even make a real effort. I advised that I was extremely disappointed and used there service with the thought of not having to go out and make dinner since both my parents were in the hospital. He advised again nothing he could do. I advised him I would be reaching out to corporate and he said yea maybe they can do something.
Absolutely false advertising, unprofessional and poor customer service especially during this time and holiday season. Cracker Barrel will not be getting my services ever again! All I was looking for was for them make it right by issuing somewhat of a refund or more food. I paid $74 for a what I can only see is $35 value of food. Along with ruining Thanksgiving and having to rush to try and find food to supplement my family, this is what leaves customers forced to go to the competition and hopes that we will be treated...

Back in september 2023, I got hired on in the Cracker Barrel family as a waitress. I went through orientation, training on floor, then I fell sick. I called off everyday (except the few days I couldn’t even speak, but thankfully I personally knew a coworker whom I gave a note to, to give to a manager, apologizing that I can not go in for I can not speak at all). Everything was fine, the manager said that they would take me off the schedule until i’m feeling better.
I started, of course, feeling better & was getting over my sickness. I called over to ask to be put on the schedule again & spoke with a female named Jen(?), who i’m pretty sure is the owner or ‘head’ manager (sorry this was my first restaurant job)
She started off saying “Yea, um, we’re going to part ways, we can’t have anyone calling off so many days this early on” Me: “I was very sick, I didn’t want to be coughing in puking in a restaurant” Her: “Well… I see you didn’t call off so & so days” Me: “I couldn’t speak those days, I figured a note would be fine” Her: “Yea sorry if you would’ve went to the doctors…etc;” Me: “I can bring one in if that means I can keep my job…” Her: “Yea sorry you’re not going to be able to get one for all the days you missed, I’m sorry but we’re going to have to part ways” she was pushing me to get off the phone
Honestly I started tearing up & choking on my words, just saying “okay” then hanging up. I felt very horrible for getting sick because of her. My 2-week-coworkers were very helpful & so so so kind!! This was my first waitressing job, I wanted to learn so much. I cried the whole day of getting fired FOR BEING SICK.🙃
This ‘review’ is no hate to any of my former coworkers, but to the female who fired me (who i’m 99% sure is named JEN), for being sick,...

I asked for a seating near outer parameters-… She replied, “There is no waitress for that area… Five minutes later people were seated in the exact same area I’d request. After our waitress arrived; long black hair woman of ethnicity, it seems; she confirmed that she does service that area after all. So we moved from the middle to the wall area. She immediately took our order for drinks; and after about 25 minutes came back with cream and caramel topping dripping on the side of the both cups! She calmly adds- “well, you pour it in and somehow it just spills all over the side”… I asking myself, is she serious? We ARE PAYING FOR THIS SLOP!! She then says, I’m sorry I will get you some napkins! After about 25 more minutes the milk product has spread on the table, becoming a nice breeding ground for FOODBORNE ILLNESS; and she didn’t even clean it up when she returned!! She dropped the paper towels there on the table; and ask were there anything else? I think if Customers will post there REVIEWS ALL THE TIME - whether good, bad or indifferent- it will put an end to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD!! Because, while these people think just because of Covid you can leave one job- and get another, and the hell with helping bring down someone else’s Business… NO! Let the reviews follow you wherever you go as being part of your Work History Profile!! WHY? Because, YOU WILL STOP THE I DONT CARE SHIFTLESS ATTITUDES FROM THRIVING!! She didn’t care whatsoever… Look at the mess we had to sit in while waiting. You pay for good service! You expect good service! Give me good customer service- or stop trying to run an establishment that will not thrive long WITHOUT IT!! That’s it! That’s...
