Starbucks — Restaurant in Chambersburg

Love the employees and they were actually very quick. To those who are complaining about the long waits, it really depended on the specific orders the customers in front would order. To those complaining of the employees… um did you even go to the same Starbucks??? Also, because of the current world events of Covid-19 and you know, workforce shortage, sometimes the place has to close early because they didn’t have enough employees to work some shifts. Please be mindful of that A lot of the angry/negative posts were from very common instances that occur at most establishments and at a majority of fast food/coffee places… so please be open to that Also, there are some pretty rude people who live in the area… a lot of rude people. The staff shouldn't assume they know the customers' orders. I ordered today and the lady in drive thru put in the wrong order. I corrected before moving to the window and yet she still gave me the wrong order. I reminded her of this and she agreed she confirmed my correct order and said, "I thought you were our other customer who gets, etc.." Listen to your customers instead of assuming you, as a staff, already know. I waited 12 minutes for the wrong order despite me correcting the staff member. I had to get a refund because I wasn't going to wait additional time for them to correct an order that should have been right, if the drive thru lady listened,...

If I could give zero stars I definitely would. I ordered a green matcha tea with light ice and OAT MILK. I instead got skim milk and the cup was all ice. Also it wasn't mixed and you can see the mix was condensed mostly in the bottom of the cup!! My biggest issue was the milk because I got very sick after taking a sip 30 minutes later!! I suffer from milk allergies and I get very sick from milk products. Never ever going back. If you have dairy allergies, don't go here because you're taking a gamble. Go to Norland instead, they'll do it right and they're very sweet. The staff on Wayne avenue act like you slapped thier momma...so...
