Dockside Deli — Restaurant in Gulfport

THE WORST SERVICE I have EVER gotten in the Gulf Coast area !! Only tried to order a French Dip sandwich. Thirty minutes later....no sandwich. Person who took my order asked twice 'what did you order?" He immediately blamed the kitchen staff. Other couples were leaving and complaining about food taking an hour to show up. No manager available to fix these problems. Kitchen staff needs to find a new line of work when they can't handle a few tables and one customer waiting for a take out order near closing time. I can't imagine how horrible it would be if there was a real rush. PS : left without my food. I didn't want to risk them doing something to my sandwich. BUT, if you enjoy poor service and an uncaring wait staff...this is the place for you. Definitely will...

Service waa good, ordered the weekly specials and definitely needs help. Watermelon salad was good but I would call it a fig salad more than watermelon. They also use "feta" its either whipped feta or goat. Whoever plates needs to tone it down a bit. Very messy very sticky, watermelon isn't drained so its very soggy. But surprisingly its a great concept salad, execution needs help. The Italian Beef sandwhich, lacks flavor and the bread is poboy bread which kind of defeates the itialian effect. The au ju that comes with is add no flavor, missing an actual beef stock maybe? Or a creamy Horseradish? Not quiet sure. The gumbo. We arrive for breakfast at 8:45 ordered right away…11 people arrived afterwards, those were served before us…our waitress had 4 tables …at 9:37 we got our food (45 mins) one table got up and left because they never got their food..this was ridiculous..we spoke to manager and asked for help because food was cold…she told us printer was slow, but printer worked for the people AFTER US …really my question was how did all other 11 people after us get served.. she told us if we did not pay our ticket she would call security….SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THEY NEED A NEW MANGER, she was not compassionate to us waiting 45 mins for our cold food…..she told us : well you ate it, of course we did we were hungry..NEVER AGAIN….BAD SERVICE, COLD FOOD and not an...
