Can’t believe I can’t leave a negative star lol I was coming on here to rant about the worst experience I’ve ever had at this particular Dunkin, and I’m not just saying at this Dunkin, I’m saying the worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE!!!! But looking at the other reviews it seems I’m not the only one and nothing will get done about it. Please do not go to this Dunkin, I went through the drive thru one day and the lady gave me my coffee, pretty easy usually (at other Dunkin’s, I go to this one randomly as it’s by my house) it instantly tasted burnt like a ton of expresso but dumped. No biggie, I go inside and instantly everyone stared at me like they were absolutely miserable and tell them politely that it tastes different like expresso was in it(which it’s not supposed to, it’s a frappe) the lady from across the counter said “no there’s not because I made it” so I said “well it tastes different” she said rudely “do you wanna another coffee” I said no because if they can’t make a frappe right then why would they make my coffee right, so I asked if I could just get I just get it remade and she said no because there’s no other way to make it, so then I just asked for a refund to which she responded with “NO bc you already drink it.” She walked away, everyone was hiding from her like they were scared, Like are we kidding, a sip?? It was disgusting and the whipped cream was still filled to the rim?? they are all so mean, except this one girl who obviously was scared said quietly, do you want me to remake it? And I said yes please. And guess what? It was perfect. How? Because the other girl was just lazy. I even asked for her name and no one answered me. The one old lady at the window with the ugly bob rushes you off so fast and if you need a second to get anything like your app or Apple Pay, she huffs and puffs like shes bout to blow my house down. This isn’t comical but I can’t help but laugh, I understand because you aren’t making alot of money serving coffee but there’s a reason for that :) if you hate your life so much, maybe stay home and don’t leave EVER. The entire crew were so beyond hateful, also really dirty. I’m still in shock at the way they treated me. Read moreHorrible experience. First, I never take the time to call customer service or write bad reviews. But I frequent(ed) this store almost daily and this was really the worst customer service experience on every level. To summarize, I was charged for what I ordered but given a small, less than what I paid for, because "they were out of medium cups".. which they hand't even mentioned.. and my sister in law was given a coolata without sugar because they said it shouldn't have sugar in it. (We called another store after, it is supposed to have sugar.) And instead of trying to make my SIL happy and fix it they just gave us a dead stare like it was our problem. AND when I said mine was supposed to be a medium and asked them to fix either my price or my drink, they took the small iced coffee they handed me and just poured a ton of plain coffee in a large cup and handed it to me. It was completely undrinkable plain room temperature coffee. I would have actually prefered a drinkable small iced caramel coffee even though I paid for the medium, than something I couldn't drink at all.
Wait, it goes on. I called the store to ask if they could fix it and the same guy who took my order hung up on me.
So then over the course of 3 days I called the customer care line twice, each time waiting on hold for THIRTY minutes, so I could try to get this resolved. I (was) a Duncan addict so like, I wanted to get this resolved! Also I felt the manager or owner should know how badly this went, because I hadn't been having experiences like this. The store manager finally calls me back 3-4 days later and listened to my complaint and told me to come back in and she would remake it. Fine. Very underwhelming response after waiting so long and spending an hour on the customer service line but I thought I'd go in and see how it went. My SIL did not want a coolata, she just wanted a refund, and I opted to get another coffee. So I was handed a medium coffee and literally $2.99 in change. Not $3, not a $5 gift card or something I could easily get back to my SIL.. a handful of change which has already been lost in my car somewhere. What?? The entire experience was 100% weird and disappointing. I should have had my order corrected THAT DAY when I called after leaving with 2 messed up orders but instead I was hung up on. Read moreWish I could give zero stars. Service… or lack of servic… was disgusting. We went inside to order and stood at the counter for over five minutes without either of the two workers speaking a word to us. A simple, “be with you in a moment” would have sufficed. There was a lady waiting for a mobile order that probably should have been ready already… she looked quite annoyed as well… We get it… the drive through line was busy, they were working on a mobile order, etc… We can completely understand that, and it’s not the waiting that is so bothersome. The problem is the complete lack of customer service and downright rudeness of the girl who took our order. She walked to the counter, didn’t speak a word to us, took the order and then just looked at me. She couldn’t even bother herself to give me my total. I squinted at the digital display of the cash register and asked “$10.03?” and she shook her head yes. That’s it. Nothing more. She then brings my order out and does not say a word. I told her “thank you”… and still nothing. I say “thank you” again… Nothing. I told her “thank you” a third time and she finally mutters “you’re welcome”… although, I obviously was in fact NOT welcome! Ridiculous! This was the absolute worst DD experience ever.
