This used to be a great location. However, since the updates and renovations to the drive thru their efficiency and customer service has been less than mediocre. I use the mobile app when ordering with the few exceptions of when I have ordered fish during Lent and their system was down. There have been many occasions I have waited in the drive thru 20+ mins then get around to the window to wait another 5 mins and asked to pull up to wait an additional 5 mins....on 2-3 occasions of these many occasions, I ordered a salad which was not customized. Just a salad! A couple of weeks ago, a coworker and I waited in the drive thru line for 50 mins. There also have been times I have gotten to the drive thru window they gave me my food without saying anything even after I said thank you as I received my food in hand. The straw that broke the camel's back was yesterday morning when I placed a breakfast order through the mobile app BEFORE 10:30 a.m. I pulled up to the drive thru line at 10:33 a.m. got to an attendant (with the iPad) around 10:38 a.m. and was told because it was after 10:30 a.m. I could get a lunch item and asked if I would like that. I explained I placed my order before breakfast ended and wanted breakfast or nothing at all. The Drive Thru Director begins to explain to the attendant that if the order was placed before 10:30 a.m. then they should have the breakfast order. Drive Thru Director then tells another attendant with a headset to call in on the headset, tell the situation and let them know it was a mobile order placed before 10:30 a.m. At 10:39 a.m. the headset attendant (also had an iPad) replied, "They said drive around for your order." I get around to the window at 10:44 a.m., waited 1 min and they inquire about my name and order then say they're sorry but they're not serving breakfast so they didn't have my order and could give a lunch item off the menu if I wanted. I told them I was just told to drive around for my breakfast order after the attendant called on the headset to explain the situation. Then the manager came over saying she's sorry and although I had placed the order BEFORE 10:30 a.m. they could not honor my order because it was now after 10:30 a.m. and were serving lunch. Had they not told me to drive around for my breakfast order after literally explaining the situation on the headset when I was on the opposite side of the building I would not have been as upset, but the fact that they didn't honor my breakfast order that I placed BEFORE 10:30 a.m. AND wasted an ADDITIONAL 8 mins (10:39 a.m. to 10:47 a.m.) of my time because I didn't leave the drive thru until 10:47 a.m. was totally unacceptable, disappointing and infuriating. Not to mention, they had wasted my time on way too many occasions before. This used to be a location where you could go and not be in the drive thru any longer than a total of about 7-9 mins and that is with a line wrapped around the building and out to the street. Their efficiency and customer service is very poor compared to their more than stellar service and customer service they provided prior to their renovations. My time is more valuable than my money, and they have wasted way too much of my time over the past few months. Read moreI don’t eat here very often, but of the times I have in the last year, every single one of my orders has been wrong. Multiple occurrences of asking “you’re sure the sauce in the bag?” And being assured it is, going off their word so I’m not pulling food out and getting crumbs in my car, just to get home and never have any sauces for my meals. On my birthday last year, my breakfast order was so egregiously wrong, I actually called the manager and was assured I’d be sent coupons in the mail…I never received them. Today was the last time I’m going to waste money eating here. I was assured salsa was in the bag after asking them just to get all the way home and there was none. The burrito was prepared without any hashbrowns, and all of the chicken was at one end of the burrito. My mom’s sausage burrito was prepared the same way. $18 down the drain this morning for me and my mom to try to enjoy breakfast together. My mom called today and was told to expect a coupon in the mail which I’m sure she won’t receive as I never did before. Since calling managers and asking for the reassurance from the employees of my orders at the time of service in the last year has been ineffective, I’m writing this review—which I’ve absolutely NEVER humiliated myself enough to do, but that’s how frustrated I am at this point. Read moreI deliver food for doordash. I work on average 76 hours a week. I spend a lot of time in and out of restaurants. This morning I walked into this location to pick up an order and was confronted by the manager. He asked me to step outside and I said no problem. Upon stepping outside he asked me to not return to this location. When when I asked the manager what the problem was this is what he stated, he he pointed to a sign on the store that said that there was no vaping allowed in the store no employee has ever asked me not to vape in the store. Had I been asked I would have not vaped in the store. He then told me that I was making female employees uncomfortable. So I asked him in which way did I make them uncomfortable? He told me that I was videoing them with my camera and that I made rude comments to them, I have never made any rude comments to any employees in never had a problem with anyone who worked at this location. Everyone that has worked here at this location has been very professional and courteous to me and I was completely unaware that any type of problem existed. The manager said I was videoing women in his location with my phone which my phone is always out because I am working. These stores have security cameras. I am asking Chick-fil-A show me what...
