OMG! WORST SERVICE EVER!
walked in. Ordered dine in for me and my wife. 10 minutes later... No food. When I went to counter to inquire whats taking so long, i see manager making is only one making food.
It seemed to me that when they cleared an order for the guy after me, it marked my order completed, when it WAS NOT.
When the trainee asked the manager for his attention to my problem he yelled at the trainee, "what now",- obviously stressed.
At this time, I chose to take my business elsewhere. Which seemed to please the manager to no end.
I think the manager should have been managing, not being worked by his store.

Read moreMy sister-in-law visited this Wendy’s location two nights ago and had a very concerning experience. Part of her order was missing, and when she politely brought it to the staff’s attention, one of the male employees became extremely aggressive and began using profanity. He even made verbal threats toward her, despite her remaining calm throughout the encounter — I have video evidence showing this.
The situation escalated further when the employee called his father and went outside to continue making threats. As a member of the United States Army, I find this behavior completely unacceptable. No customer — especially a service member's family member — should ever be treated this way.
I am extremely disappointed and concerned for the safety of customers at this location. If I could give this Wendy’s a rating below one...

Just walked in for some lunch, and immediately noticed the long line accompanied by the extremely short staff. It took about 40 minutes for us to order, and once we received our order it was prepared incorrectly (something this store has had a problem with for months) and decided to just leave, since we had been there so long already.
Someone else had to ask for their meal to be fixed up to 3 times, and we noticed the cashier was both preparing food as well as handling money and the cash register (not wearing gloves the entire time). This isn't the fault of the worker(s), rather it's this store that is clearly neglecting to hire an adequate amount of staff.
Me and my family are choosing to spend our money elsewhere in the future because of this....
