Jack's Family Restaurant — Restaurant in Guntersville

Im not one to put down any restaurant for a simple mistake they happen i can understand that fully im a manager myself .but I can't just not say something this was the worst absolutely worst I have ever experienced going in to a restaurant .my husband ,two daughters and myself went to eat they order a grilled chicken sandwich and some tenders my husband order 2 plain only cheese burgers well the chicken sandwich was fried chicken and the tenders was way passed the wasting point the temp was absolutely not good you couldn't eat them as for my husbands we had to get his orders corrected 3 times all together our order cost 47 dollars and to have it completely made again twice 94 dollars is alot of money you guys are now short now I can understand this from just teens I have seen it myself but the manager working (candie ) I believe is her named is the one handing out our food what was she thinking she should no better and not washing hands before going back to work no ever okay that just plain out nasty it takes 20 seconds to wash your hands !! And to top it all off no gloves and touching people food gross I don't believe you a fully aware we just went through a pandemic in 2020 and alot of people died she needs another servsafe test refresh her mind set .candie isn't doing your restaurant any service thanks hope things get better for...

I bragged to a friend about how good you guys are. We decided to go through the drive thru that day. We pulled right up to the speaker and tried to order. It was very obvious that the order taker had other responsibilities and could not focus on us. It took several tries to get the order correct. On the last attempt we were met with silence for quite a while, but I did not pull forward for fear that she again hadn’t heard all of my order. When she came back she asked, “Have you ordered?” I told her we had and asked for my total. Someone else was paying and we were trying to get change together. She told us to “just pull around.” She was so rude for the entirety of our order that I personally did not want to face her at the window. After watching her argue with the car in front of me for several more minutes, the manager finally got involved. I could not wait and had to return to work. I pulled out of line at the same time as the car in front of me only to be shouted at through the window by an employee as I passed. I was very embarrassed in front of my passenger as I mentioned in the beginning that I had bragged on you guys just that morning. Slow service is acceptable. I would’ve even accepted mediocre food. So my first breakfast order was Through the drive through my daughter's chicken biscuit was raw I pulled in a parking space went in and I informed the cashier she agreed to replace it so we waited almost a hour with multiple employees walking around talking the drive through cashier said o your still hear I informed her my daughter's chicken biscuit was raw and we had been waiting a hr for a replacement and she instantly went to the back and got it ! The manager was informed and took my info and offered a meal for free witch I never went back to get this morning I go order a sausage cheese tomato biscuit meal and my son a single gravy and biscuit meal get home they didn't put hash browns in the bag ! That's basically what I went for he loves hash browns! I no myself that mistakes can be made I have worked fast food and served but this is my last time going to this location the cashier' in the drive thru dropped my card it went under my car with a line full of people I was trying to lay down on the ground to get my card it's always something at this location !
