Levi’s On The Lake — Restaurant in Guntersville

Another less than stellar visit…. It’s a holiday weekend and waited in line thirty minutes for nothing which is insane. There are two workers killing themselves. They were out of bushwhackers and strawberry daiquiris. There needs to be a sign posted so you don’t wait in line for thirty minutes to find that out. Seven disappointed ☹️ individuals.

Kylee was the bartender this evening when I ordered several drinks. No menu so I had questions. No draft only cans in the two beers I asked for. She opens both flavors when I said I need ONE of those in a can. She argued with and was going to charge me for both when I clearly said I wanted ONE of those in a can. Then second guessed her choice when I said it wasn’t okay and that’s not what I said. She takes it off and throws the clip board down at me with my card and receipt. Needless to say she needs to learn some manners and bar etiquette. No such disrespect should be handed out by an employee of a business when she clearly misheard what I said. If I could give them NO stars I would. From the 3.7 rating and several RUDE staff comments it looks like you would evaluate your employees and how they treat...

Wandered down to Levi’s to frequent a local establishment. Was greeting friendly enough and ordered a double whiskey. Drink was close to 16$, I guess that’s normal these days. What wasn’t normal was the flimsy plastic cup they served it in.

I ended up sitting on the patio to enjoy the sunshine and the wind decided to knock my thin cupped beverage over. I proceeded to notify three separate workers and not one of them offered any type of consolation. I know, I know, my fault for sitting out on this harbor and believing my drink to be safe. However, I think that knowing how windy it gets out here (and it gets crazy windy) there would be a heftier container for this gold priced liquid.

It was a bit odd that all three of the team members working there seems less than interested. The one male worker did look shocked but then shook his head before saying that glasses aren’t ideal that close to the water. Seems like a strange explanation considering the conditions on that dock.

Don’t plan on returning and if I do find myself here. I will forgo my neat whiskey and opt for the weighted ice...

extremely rude employees would never go back and will make sure my friends don't either! Kylee (dirty blonde a bit chubby) who said she was a manager, was so disrespectful !!!! we were having a conversation over the check, she charged me for items in which I did not ask for! Called me baby, I said please do not call me that... spoke with her calmly and politely, she then said to me if your going to be rude and walked away. did not resolve my issue with the check and didn't care. I have two witnesses that saw the whole thing and were completely shocked. They gave their number and told me to call the owner and that she would back me of what they had witnessed. Please fire this employee! She is absolutely a nightmare and...
