Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Guntersville

I paid $20 for two coffees, and both had very little whipped topping. All I did was “elf” it just wanted to add the maple. When I got to the window, they asked if I still wanted whipped topping. I never said no whipped topping I just add the maple! They took it back, and when it came out again, it was honestly sad to see how little topping was on it.

I really do try to support small, mom-and-pop businesses, but this makes five visits in a row where the quality just hasn’t matched the price. I’d love to keep supporting local, but I also want to feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. Hoping things turn...

I'm not sure what was happening the back door was wide open with a fan blowing and there were people going in and out maybe the air was out. I'm not sure about the drinks going out the backdoor. This was my first visit. I wasn't familiar with the menu. The lady came out with a iPad to take my order and I asked for a menu she never showed me her tablet so I just had to order an iced Espresso once I got closer to the outside menu I saw several things I would've ordered but...

Hello I came here on May 2 around 3 ish and the nicest person was helping be with my order I think her name was like Sharon or Shelby she told me but I forgot sorry she was very helpful and nice the whole time she seemed a little bit stressed which I’m not really shocked about it’s the busiest time of day and she seemed very anxious but she was absolutely amazing and very helpful so thank your Sharon or Shelby sorry about forgeting again she was great...
