Bagel Buffet — Restaurant in Hackensack

I had a disappointing experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe that left me feeling utterly unsatisfied. The level of customer service provided by the workers was nothing short of appalling. Not only were they rude and dismissive, but they also blatantly ignored me as if I were invisible.

To make matters worse, the person who appeared to be the manager seemed completely disinterested in addressing the issue. Their lack of concern for customer service was evident, and it was evident that they had no intention of rectifying the situation or even acknowledging the problem.

Aside from the abysmal customer service, the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the cafe were severely lacking. The tables were dirty and unattended, leaving me with a sense of discomfort throughout my visit.

As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, my experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe fell far short of these expectations. It is disheartening to see a place that claims to provide quality service and products fall so drastically short in practice.

I had hoped for a pleasant visit to enjoy some delicious bagels, but instead, I was met with an unprofessional and neglectful atmosphere. The lack of attention to customers and the state of the cafe is unacceptable.

I will not be returning to Bagel Bakery Cafe, and I would strongly caution others against visiting this establishment. It is evident that they have much work to do in improving their customer service and cleanliness standards.

I believe it is essential for businesses to value their customers and take their feedback seriously. Unfortunately, my experience at Bagel Bakery Cafe demonstrates that they have a long way to go in understanding the significance of genuine customer care.

I work in a medical office and we are constantly ordering from this location because its good and its walking distance from our medical office. The salads are great, but unfortunately the service is not. Today was our breaking point with this place. We received our food in a timely fashion.. but they forgot the dressings. So we called as any facility would and they told us the driver would bring the dressing on the next route. We waited OVER A HOUR with no driver present and when I called the woman at the front desk she stated "oh he forgot again..." How can you forget when someone just reminded you to bring the dressing? We literally are a 4-5 min drive from bagel buffet and I found it disrespectful because we aren't just any customers... we regularly order from them at least once/week. We are a medical facility and as any who works there knows that our time is limited for lunch. So our facility will never be ordering from this location again. I'm a regular customer at bagel buffet. I've had a few bad experiences the last few times I went there, and I've let it go. This time I couldn't. Yesterday I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and cheddar cheese on a whole wheat wrap, first of all it was midget size, I thought it was a joke, then there was barely anything in it. The reason I didn't return it was because we were going on a road trip and I was already on route when we started eating our breakfast. Michael (who I am guessing is the manager) is always very nice when I am there. I miss Daisy who was wonderful, but this new staff is poor. Food is expensive enough and you pay for something that was $7.00 that should have been no more than $3.00.
