I ordered a pizza delivery online, 2 hours after the tracker said it had been “quality” checked I wondered why I still had no pizza. I called the store 15 times with no answer. Then, I decided to go to store in person as they were about to close at this point … the lady at counter stated they had a new delivery person and the person had not been back to get my pizza…I excused this because I know sometimes people have bad nights… so a week later I decided to place another online order, to be sent to my job. I left detailed delivery instructions. My coworkers have takeout sent to work without issue frequently, so I didn’t think there would be any issues… However, the delivery person, got lost and contacted me. I gave him the instructions again, he said okay and hung up. After over 30 minutes still no pizza. I contacted the store, the manager stated that the delivery guy marked the pizza delivered and left for the day. I told him that I never received the pizza, so I'm not sure why it was marked delivered. He stated he would call the delivery person and find out what happened. Over an hour later I called the store back. The staff person stated I had to wait for a manager to come in an hour. Called back in an hour, they stated the pizza was brought back to the store and that I couldn't get a refund. They stated they would redeliver the, at this point 3 hour old pizza back to me... I asked if I could speak to manager about a refund, because of my previous experience, I did not want 3 hour old gluten free pizza, it would taste horrible, the manager got very irate with me accusing me of lying about receiving the pizza, and accusing me of trying to get free pizza ... not to sound boastful but I could afford to buy a pizza I don't need to lie to get a free pizza… I just forgot my lunch and was feeling sick… I just wanted the pizza I purchased and in an edible quality… I don't appreciate getting yelled at like that, my own mother doesn't yell at me like that...... I’ve been a domino’s customer for years, and have never experienced that level of disrespect and callousness in my life, the exchange was so horrible that I most assuredly will NEVER order domino's EVER again… worse store and customer service ever! If you don’t mind cold, stale, pizza or just never getting your pizza, and being given attitude like it’s your choice and fault then this is definitely the store for you… if not run fast and far to your nearest Pizza Hut, Paja John’s or other local...
Read moreI ordered online. The bacon, ranch sandwich was horrible. The worst I ever had. The Alfredo pasta tasted as if the Alfredo sauce was mayo. I couldn’t even eat it. They didn’t deliver my free cheesy, pepperoni breadsticks but delivered the two sauces. I called and the wait time took forever! When they finally picked up, they said they didn’t know what happened and they will deliver my free breadsticks. I’m still waiting, I’m holding on line again. Long wait! They actually hung up the phone! Holding all that time, they didn’t even say hello, the phone just hung up. They have caller ID so they knew exactly who was calling. I will never order from here again! Kids must be working here! So unprofessional!
Update: This morning I had a delivery from Aldi’s and when I went outside to get my delivery, a box of cheesy bread sticks were there but opened and half eaten with ants crawling on it. Either someone walking by eat it or a wild animal because it must have sat outside all night. I asked the Domino’s rep who picked up the first time calling to call me when they got here but no one called or rang my bell and when they hung up the second time of me calling, I just figured they were not going to deliver it. Anyways I got 2 free med pizzas on them. I just picked it up. Yes, I picked it up because I don’t trust their delivery option. It’s still an inconvenience. Read moreI recently placed an order at store 4538. I mistakenly entered the wrong address. Upon realizing I entered the wrong address I called the store to correct it immediately. I spoke with an employee and he ensured me it was fixed. The driver ended up going to the wrong address anyway. The manager Angelica called me to let me know they don't go to my address. I explained to her my address is literally right around the corner from the location. She went back and forth with me, arguing, raising her voice.i even asked her to just step outside to confirm the cross street and gave her another business on the block to ensure I am right around the corner. She didn't want to hear me out. I had to let her know she will not hear what I am saying if she is talking over me.
