Each time I stop here my order is cold and the staff is very defensive so every morning I stop here on my way to work and the first incident was being given a frozen wake up wrap and under cooked hasbrowns the following incident occurred the following week again I was serve cooked hash browns that were already cold so as it being a repeated issue I go in and ask for a new order of hash browns and bacon and instead of just heating it up management decided to go back and forth with me about it I wasnāt rude I just wanted hot food the manager insisted the policy is to serve hash browns and bacon at room temp (that was in the spring at 7am) the room is cold at this time and so I just said I e been to Dunkinā for years and never been served cold food. Now that I aware ā snacking bacon and hash browns are served at room temptā (only at this location lol) I always ask them to heat it up but of course they still give me cold hash browns and under cooked (pink) cold bacon and when I asked for it to be heated up this time they resisted and continued to let me know it is served room tempt and at this point I donāt care what they say I ASKED for it to be heated up they did NOT replace the bacon with a fresh order instead they put my current order that looks pretty sad and under portioned back in the microwave and handed back to meā¦ā¦I stop here because it is close to my home on my way to work and has a drive thru however the Dunkin on route4 is also on my way to work and located inside the gas station but they never ever served me cold foodā¦.why is this place to oppose to providing fully cooked hot foods but every other Dunkin in the country has no issue doing so ā¦tired of wasting my money coming here ese silly on my way to work just to be disappointed with my meal and having to stop at another Dunkin for a...

Aside from that, no one working in there (atleast the morning shift) deserves a star. When I arrived, the drive thru had a line so I figured Iād go inside because I didnāt have time to waste. I was in a rush to get to work. There were two people who had been in there before I arrived. I stood there with them for about 3 minutes waiting in line before one of the workers (Iām assuming the manager), yelled āgo outside, only drive thru orders!!ā... why would you have us waiting there for that amount of time knowing that you were only doing drive thru orders? Even one of the guys standing with me was like āwow thatās so rudeā. But fine, I go to the drive thru. Finally arrive at the booth & Im saying my order. Midway thru reciting my order, the guy on the other end (iām guessing the manager) yells, āDRIVE UP DRIVE UPā . Caught off guard, I drive up. I was not finished with my order. I get to the window & tell the guy what I was not able to complete. He looks at me & goes āitās too late, I canāt put it in nowā. Out of frustration I respond āWell I was trying to complete my order back there but yāall yelled at me TWICE to drive up so i was not able to tell youā. He knew they were wrong and said āFINEā (put his hand out for my card) as if I was being a bother. All I wanted was my breakfast so that I could go about my day. Your staff's prioritization of neglecting your costumers is only superseded by their carelessness toward store cleanliness, and blatant disrespect of your costumers, inappropriate language and out of place comradery. These deficits are a clear example of a lack of supervision, improper training and poor moral and esteem among your team members. Your staff appears hopeless at times. I have been to this store on numerous occasions and your staff consistently fall short of the standards we [your costumers have come to expect and demand], usually by ignoring waiting customers and being undeservingly rude to us. So, to the managers/owners of the DD at 25 Hackensack ave. have a cup of your own coffee, wake up, and make some changes to alleviate the pain and suffering your costumers endure while visiting your store.
