We stopped in here on New Year's Eve before the M&M drop. Luckily they weren't too crowded and we were able to get a seat and immediately.

I was blown away by the fact that they had 300 different flavors of wings! That's right 300! Thanks to our waitress, we were informed we could split our order of 12 wings into two separate orders to try 2 flavors.

🫂 One of the staffers came around to each table to make sure people hadn't parked on Main Street. Because the city had put up signs warning people they would be towed because of the New Year's Eve event. We parked a few blocks away so we weren't in any danger. But it was nice of them to notify everyone.

🥤She also informed us that they have diet Pepsi not diet Coke when I asked for a diet Coke. I really appreciate when servers do that. They also put the lemon the edge of the glass and don't dump it inside the glass, which is another plus. HOWEVER, charging $3.50 for a glass of soda with no refills is not acceptable. Typically at a restaurant I will order 3 refills. Now I don't know if I would have been warned about the refill cost but in restaurants that do this they usually do not. I didn't even see this when ordering. It wasn't until I drank 3/4 of my drink while still waiting for any food. So had really nothing but water to drink for the rest of my meal. This really hurt my dining experience.

🍗The wings were great and we plan on coming back to try some of the other flavors in the future. Mind you with 300 flavors you can come back here a hundred times and not try them all. We split our order of 12 wings into the Teriyaki wings and the Captain Crunch wings. Both were delicious and while I expect weird flavors like Cap'n Crunch to be unusual, I really enjoyed the texture and the flavor of the Captain Crunch wings! If you come with a group I would recommend that you order all different flavors so you can try a variety.

🍕We also ordered the mushroom pizza. I don't know if the referee l other people that ordered it and reviewed it here have never had pizza before but I can tell you from experience that this pizza was terrible. From the lack of flavor in the crust to the cheese that barely had any cheesy flavor. I strongly recommend taking that pizza off the menu or completely redoing it because it does nothing positive for the restaurant. I did notice that nobody else ordered pizza while we were there.

My recommendation is to come here and try the wings. Think about what flavors you want to try. Do you want to try something new and shocking or do you want to try something a bit more typical? I recommendation is to try a typical one and try something wild for some fun!

Also it's great to see that this business was open late for New Year's Eve and had a food truck in front that had a long line of people waiting to stand in line...

The Burgers are great. The staff is very nice and helpful. We stopped in 10 minutes before they closed at 9 pm on a Tuesday night. We were tired hungry and grumpy and to tell you the truth not very nice. They seated us and served us with a smile.

They followed all the Covid protocols including taking our name and address and wiping down the table before they would let us sit. I figure if they take that much care doing that, they must take similar care in preparing the food.

We all ordered burgers. They came out pretty quickly and cooked the way we ordered them and were not greasy. The condiments are all on the side so you can add them the way you like. The fries and onion rings are very good. They have a good selection of beers with a few craft beers on tap. I got a Kane IPA. They also had Man Skirt Beer which is brewed in town.

The prices are very good. The Burgers and fries were a little over $10. I am used to Jersey City prices. A quality Burger in Jersey City costs between $15 and $20.

I would like to thank them for being so nice to us and seating us even though they were getting ready to close. You know they wanted to go home. It was the high point of our day. We are moving to the area and it will definitely be our go to place for Burgers and probably wings. I am looking forward to trying their wings and the rest of the items...

Showed up and went in and asked for a table for 5 and the hostess asked if we had a reservation we said no and she said we are busy and need one .we said that does not say that on your web sight. Then with a attitude sat us down at a table in the dart area and kitchen entrance shame on us. The waitress was good to us but she really didn’t know the food or drinks when ask what she thought of certain things I would think everyone there should know the food and drinks.we ordered our food appetizer where good got the main course of wings 4 out of 9 different wings where tasteless no flavor at all 1 of them was so salty didn’t even eat it and it was supposed to be sweet. I would have rather sat at the bar because it sounded like the bar tender new his food and drinks. The food also came out extremely hot could not even hold it . One of the helpers serving the food to us reached over and dropped the dish in front of my wife and startled her and the server didn’t even say I’m sorry.. for what we payed it should have bin better would I go back maybe. Went to the bathroom it was small and not very clean I will leave it at that. The desert was good. I might go back for drinks and try the other menu if I’m in the area won’t drive there just...

@BigDudesBigFoods had the pleasure of meeting @MarleysGothamGrill ‘s Chef/Owner Bruno Pascale today and boy did he feed us well. There are 300 🐔wing flavors on Marly’s menu so it wasn’t an easy decision. Joe stayed conservative with garlic 🧄 parm and I got a combo dozen 1/2 Cap’n Crunch and 1/2 PB & Pepper 🌶️ Jelly. So good! Bruno also surprised us with a Buffalo Chicken pizza 🍕which was, of course, delicious. Bruno joined us and chatted about his multiple business ventures, including two restaurants and two food trucks, while we enjoyed his deep fried bread pudding bites. There so many great choices on Marley’s menu besides the 300 wing choices. If you are ever in #HackettstownNJ and you are hungry, #MarleysGothamGrill should be at the top of your list!!! #BigDudesBigFoods #CelebrateEveryDay #globaleats #shenanigans #BDBFCertified #ThePhoneEatsFirst #Forkyeahfoodies #BDBF @forkyeahfoodies #YouDontKnowJersey #TeaseTheDay #ClearEyesFullBelliesCantLose #ABigDudesGottaDoWhatABigDudesGottaDo #HaveYouHuggedABigDudeToday #Wings #ChickenWings

So a buddy of mine and I went to Marley's yesterday for a late lunch after we got done with our fishing trip. The way he explained it to me was that they're known for their wings and we should go there and have some. Little did I know when I got there that they had over 300 flavors of wings available for us to try. So if you look at my pictures going from right to left, we got a Nutella dessert wing, Sriracha, lime cilantro, Mediterranean, chimichurri, mango habanero, and a barbecue style wing that I can't remember the name of. You would expect a place that has 300 different wing options. Some flavors would be good and other flavors would just be all right. Well I have to say every flavor we tried was fantastic. The chimichurri and Mediterranean style were definitely the most different wings that we've ever tried considering they were more of an oil-based sauce versus a thicker coating. If you've ever had any hesitation in going to this place, don't; it's 100% worth going and not only is it worth going, it's worth going as a destination.
