One of the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant ever. Food was ordered ahead and marked as complete. We get there and someone tells us we need to wait a few more minutes.
A sweaty employee/manager was on the phone with a customer, hung up and started berating the customer to the other workers with profanity. The man then ran out of the store without helping us.
We stood there for another 20 minutes. While we were standing there the worker dropped his tongs and several pizza pans and kept using them without cleaning them. He used dirty crust tools to make the pizza. No gloves or any cleaning of anything. Absolutely disgusting and I’m not sure how they passed health inspection.
Then someone finally comes to check on us again and no one even ever made our food even though it was marked as done half an hour ago. The employee “looking for our food” ran to the back room and did not come out for 10 minutes. At that point I told the only remaining employee to just cancel the order and forget it.
During My time in this store 3 customers walked out due to not being greeted or helped. Absolutely horrendous service and this location will 110% close down if it continues to be ran like this.
I WARN YOU. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DOMINOS. THERE ARE COUNTLESS OTHER DOMINOS WITHIN 2 MILES THAT HAVE MUCH BETTER SERVICE.

Read moreI had a free pizza coupon because of a late and crushed box about 2 weeks ago. This had been a "go to" place for a couple years but the last 2 months have been abysmal. I waited over 2 hours for an order and then got a text it wqas canceled.Today, after waiting an hour from when the tracker said delivery was complete, I requested a refund.
I now see therewas a text asking me to come downstairs. No. I could not which is why I was specific to leave it on the floor in front of apartment.My physical limitations were nevr a problem until the last 2 months. I am hard of hearing and did not hear text come in. I stood by door so I would hear doorbell when it wasleft. There was a call but no message was left so I didn't pay any attention to it I have a broken neck and sometimes use a walker. I get around okay but don't like balancing and carrying things. Right now I am Covid '+' and have the flu. Leaving my apartment is not an option.

Read moreI had the worse customer service experience here and I do intend on reporting the "manager," at this location to the headquarters. The lady who worked second shift claimed to be a manager but can't even correctly put a address in while placing an order. I waited over an hour just to find out she put in the wrong address and then suggested my food would be cold so I could just heat it up in a microwave, which is laughable. The woman was very unapologetic, rude and abnoxious. I asked for the manager and said she was one and even went as far to say she didn't care if she was reported to headquarters. I guess because these are franchises they don't have any real training, mannerisms or customer service quality training. I decided to drive to the location to be sure my refund was issued and asked if I could get her name. She declined, so I took a picture of the sign so that I could contact the general manager. I emailed them last night and haven't heard anything back so I'm taking the next step to contact the headquarters in Ohio. That location needs to be reported for rude, poor customer service and a lack of training...
