Franco's Place — Restaurant in Haddon Township

I heard so much about this place I had to go try this so call famous Gobbler, my family and. I got there at 9:15 pm still had about 45mins to closing I asked the young lady if we had enough time to eat in and she told us we could only take out or food because they closing at 10pm. I explained to her that we was From out of town and would like to sit and eat our food that at the most it would take us was 10mins and she told us no! And also the store manager! We had to literally stand out side and eat our food while all the employees laughed! WHAT A BAD FIRST IMPRESSION.!! And to make matters worst they gave us all our gobbler dripping with grease in a paper bag that it literally soaked the bottom of the bag and almost lost my food!! It's the worst customer service experience I ever had! They lost three new customers and I will definitely spread the word of there terrible...

Went to Franco’s today, ordered 1 plain and 1 special panzarott and fries.. After sitting there for almost a half hour waiting and listening to the cook scream and curse about orders, I get home and my plain panzarotti that was for my 7 month pregnant wife wasn’t in the bag. I called to ask if they have a delivery driver that could deliver it since I paid, and tipped $5 on a $17 order. The kid on the phone told me they can’t deliver for just a cheese panzarotti. I understand it gets busy and people make mistakes but judging by how the cook acted with customers in the store, I assume it happens more than it should. Would of been nice to offer something instead of just “oh sorry can’t help ya.” I would of taken the 15 minute drive back but it wasn’t even worth the gas money. I just won’t go back. Seems very prejudiced to be honest I was asked if I wanted to place an order I said yes and clearly was first in line the person at the register then proceeded to ask the white person to my rear how can I help you This isn’t the first time attempting to place an order at this location and being treated the same way Managment is horrible and offer no aid what so ever They make you feel very uncomfortable when you walk in the door and get stared at as if you don’t belong and when you actually get to order you get a snark attitude and plain out are freaking rude You can say they make good food but good luck trying to get your order there is absolutely zero organizational skills another sign or very poor Managment Unfortunately people of ethnic background I will say spend your money else where because if your not white they don’t...
