Hot and sour soup was not sour. Like they got the recipe wrong. Otherwise, food was good. Staff talk to each other too much while customers are lined up to buy food. The staff who helped me continued to share with one of the cooks how her feedback is training for him. None of my business but why do i have to wait so long to order my food while she trained the cook. Line was building up but we all had to wait until she was done. Couldnt some1 else help us while she trained him? Or could the coaching moment have occured after we bought our food? We all heard her school the cook that she is in charge of training him. The service and atmosphere has been exemplary. The wait staff are friendly, helpful and efficient which is important when there is a long line of customers. The broccoli beef has been disappointing. The beef was poor quality and this item will not be ordered again. Other menu choices have been great. This Agana Shopping Centre location is easier to access than going over to the mall. Thank you.
