Capricciosa Restaurant — Restaurant in Hagåtña Municipality

Anyone saying this place was great thinks Olive Garden is peak Italian food, and this was worse than that. I would rather have eaten Olive Garden than this garbage. We had an appetizer of calamari, the calamari was old and rubbery, and the fryer oil had not been changed in far too long, leading to a bitter taste in the fried exterior. I had chicken Alfredo, it was also terrible. Rubbery chicken, Alfredo sauce that was more water than cream or cheese, and had no discernible cheese flavor. My friend got margherita pizza, this pizza they gave us had to have been frozen, a bland cheese pizza with thick slices of tomato and heaps of pesto. Not even a margherita pizza by definition. Pizza Hut across the street would have been a better pizza experience. Will not return, and neither should you. This establishment is blasphemy in the face of real Italian food and...

I REALLY ENJOY eatting at the Cappriciosa restaurants but the one I really enjoy eating at is the one in Agana because : There's lots of parking, the restaurant is bigger than Tumon locations, but I think AGANA BRANCH SHOULD EXPAND OR ENCLOSE THE OUTDOOR SECTION. THE AGANA BRANCH has already established its customers to the locals. We usually celebrate our family Bday parties or other events there about 4 times a year, and also order take out for parties at home. The food is great and I really think Cappriciosa should introduce there infused version of at least 2-3 DIFFERENT FRIED RICE AND ADD FRIED CHICKEN (HMMM THATS A THOUGHT) and add a complimentary small cup of soup while waiting for the food. ☆☆☆☆☆TWO THUMBS UP AND HIGH 5 TO CAPPRI...

The food was partially burnt. Food that wasn't burnt was placed on top to cover the burnt lasagna noodles. There was a charge for the to-go container. The restaurant did not provide a bag that I could put my food in. They were trying to sell a recyclable bag at the restaurant. Their garlic bread is not garlic bread. It's merely bread with butter on it. Don't waste your money on basic butter and bread. The restaurant will charge the same price for their vege meals without the meat. Quite expensive vegetable food. Not interested in going back again any time soon.

Grocery stores were told NOT to use plastic bags, not restaurants. Restaurants are still supposed to be giving bags...
