Chatime Agana — Restaurant in Hagåtña Municipality

I never consider myself quite the picky person or one to leave a review about a bad encounter so this is my first time. I love chat time and I frequent other locations often. There was nothing really wrong with the drinks but the person that took our order was evidently eating - chewing with their mouth open, with some bits and pieces escaping his mouth. They then proceeded to grab whatever was inside their mouth, throw some of it away (not all of it because he was still chewing), then continue helping us without washing their hands. I hesitantly took my change and receipt knowing he didn’t wash his hands. I’m not a germaphobe but the whole experience...

Milk tea and boba was ok. The top 10 favorites are not posted to this branch anymore tho. Haven’t been here for 2 years and I can say how much it changed. I like it more before. I was looking forward for the same atmosphere I had before leaving Guam. Current staffs should practice to greet customers and to say “thank you”. Simple thank you have a great impact THB. Also, chatting while working isn’t that bad but maybe they should put it more in place. Like focus on your customers first :) or chat at the back.

I like chat time and one of the drinks that cools me down. But i just noticed that everytime around 3pm to 6pm the same lady is always on the counter and always give these disappointed and grumpy vibes. I noticed too that she'll offer some customer a bag but some that asking a bag will be turn around with a NO answer. I know that they are going to bagless or plasticless bag but this just happen today 9Feb22. Overall chat time is good but need more friendly crew. I know everyone is having a tough day but professional and positive character is not that hard to wear and will make your day even better....
