Fizz & Co. has a fun, retro vibe that definitely draws you in—especially if you're visiting the area and looking for something unique. While my experience had a few ups and downs, there are some things I’d come back for! Let’s start with the highlight: the hot dog. It was seriously good. Flavorful, well put together, and just hit the spot. I’d 100% come back just to order that again. The cookies and cream shake was okay—not bad, but I’ve had better. I wish it had more actual Oreo cookies in it (not the crumbly knockoff kind), and some chunks would’ve been great. I like when you can actually taste and chew the cookie and frosting pieces. Still drinkable, just didn’t wow me. The burger, unfortunately, was a bit of a letdown. I went for the lettuce wrap (my choice!), but they used chopped romaine instead of iceberg. It ended up looking more like a deconstructed salad than a burger. Iceberg would’ve held things together way better. Also, I was a little underwhelmed by the burger menu overall. I expected some creative, signature burger options, but it’s more of a build-your-own situation. Honestly, if I’m the one designing it, I might as well make it myself at home. Nothing on the menu really stood out as special. Fries were solid. Crispy and salty—definitely something I’d order again. The space itself was a bit smaller than expected, and some of the seating could use a refresh (sinking seats and visible wear). It also felt pretty warm and humid inside—maybe the AC wasn’t working great when I visited. All in all, it’s a cute spot and worth checking out if you’re in the area, especially for the hot dogs. Next time, I’ll probably order to-go. Fizz & Co. has potential, and I’d love to see a few small improvements make it...

Read moreTried their location at Donki. There was no line/customer when I came up at the counter. There were 3 staff at the front, with one who seems to either be the manager/owner and 2 teen staff. No greeting whatsoever, you basically just wait for them to decide to assist you. 🤣 Not even, "we'll be right with you" even though the "manager" and the male teen staff seems to just be conversing (might be training); which is totally okay - but I honestly think, pausing and acknowledging your customer is basic customer service. 🤷♀️
Ordered one meal (burger, fries and drink) - costs $21 and some change and qas given a buzzer, which buzzed HALF WAY to us eating our ramen (which we ordered just a couple of minutes before them); I would guesstimate to be around 15-20 minutes and only to be handed just the drink, 1 drink.. and was told to keep the buzzer and come back when the other food is ready. I wanted to scream. Lol. They could have handed me my drink after I paid. I mean, its not even a shake. It was just a lemonade. 🤣
20 more minutes after, ramen bowls were already returned and the food was finally ready. Burger was alright, nothing special. Fries was soggy. Lemonade was...
