Although I don't have any photos to share, I have better than that! This is for those individuals like myself who expect excellent customer service. I believe you will appreciate this post.
While at IT&E at Agana Shopping Center, the customer service representative-Ms. Francine-who helped me, was right on point with everything!
I appreciated her discretion when responding to my request.
Moreover, her customer service skills by far exceeded my expectations (I have high expectations).
She was knowledgeable and proficient with the computer program IT&E uses.
Although she was attending to my requests, as customers entered the door, she made time to acknowledge and greet them with appropriate salutations and nonverbal expressions (i.e., smiling).
I would like to give kudos to IT&E management for a job well done when training front-line employees! This is crucial for customer satisfaction ratings. Of course, I would like to thank Ms. Francine, for a job well done.
Please share this at the next employee training, if appropriate.
I am confident this message will surely serve as an incentive for all other employees to strive for excellence in customer satisfaction (and possibly receive feedback for individual recognition from customers).
