I LOVED the soft serve here before going vegan. What I didn't like is that there are always a ton of kids here, usually left to roam around on their own, bogarting soft serve stations for an extended period of time. If one particular flavor gets a lot of use (as most of them do during popular hours), you have to wait forever for any of the fro-yo to actually come out. There's also no knowing, ahead of time, what flavors will be available. It's nice that you're given a rotating array of options, but it's annoying if you favor certain flavors and you go there and none of them are available.
