I LOVED the soft serve here before going vegan. What I didn't like is that there are always a ton of kids here, usually left to roam around on their own, bogarting soft serve stations for an extended period of time. If one particular flavor gets a lot of use (as most of them do during popular hours), you have to wait forever for any of the fro-yo to actually come out. There's also no knowing, ahead of time, what flavors will be available. It's nice that you're given a rotating array of options, but it's annoying if you favor certain flavors and you go there and none of them are available. Yes, the kids have lot's of options, but for a treat, this is super expensive. I pay $15 - $20 for 2 cups. That's crazy! I tell them they can get 15 treats from some other store for the same price as justification. I avoid this place as much as I can. Why do people go here when corner stores have ice cream treats for a buck, or the supermarket has tubs of ice cream...
