Formally known as townhouse to locals, the Hagatna shopping center is the large shopping center before you head south. One of their main tenants is Payless supermarket which will moving to their own complex. Several corporate stores and restaurants are located there: Wendy's, Pizza Hut, Tony Roma's, Panda Express and subway to name a few restaurants. I come here often because I live only a few minutes away. The shopping center is a one-stop shop for almost all your needs. They have a grocery store, which is expensive, in my opinion, but the location is convenient. If you're in the mood for coffee and/or tea, you have 2 options: Cha Time and Port of Mocha. There are many places to eat and there's a movie theater, places to shop for clothes, and many more different shops. It is a small strip mall that has everything. They have a good collection of local fast food restaurants. My favorite is Tokyo Mart they serve mostly sea food. There is a Ross department store and a SM department store on the first floor. There are also several small stores on the first and second floor.
