I signed up for a monthly meal plan with a known allergy to peanuts. First let me start with the bad before I go to the worse.
They frequently forget to put protein on a meal, or forgot entire portions that are supposed to to included. The solution is to comp a free meal, but you're left high and dry if you needed that for your day. Frequently forget fruit and snacks that are part of the meal plan. These count towards your calories, so when missing you lose significant calories for the day. Often the fruit that is provided is split open and not edible due to going bad from being split open (bananas / apples)
On multiple occasions, most recently last week served meals with peanut based sauce, despite having completed the allergy documentation.
This week served moldy salad. The picture included in this post was one of multiple pieces that looked equivalent to the piece I pulled for the picture.
The quality control here is 0 and its only a matter of time before they hurt someone. These issues continue to persist without improvement despite informing them each time.
