Pacific Lighthouse is one of the top local spots for simple Korean/Japanese food with a local infusion. They have BBQ kalbi, bulgogi, spicy fish soup, mahi mahi, and one of the the best fried parrot fish dishes you can find on Guam. Their side dishes or "banchan," are delicious. This place helped me open up and enjoy eating broccoli, bean sprouts, and more veggies that I hadn't been a fan of in the past. Service may take folks by surprise, but they are very polite, quiet, and attentive. It's owned by an older Korean couple so being able to support their small business makes everything even more worthwhile.
