I'm back! Lol Not impressed with the food at all, if you're looking for authentic Hispanic food or anything close to, go elsewhere period. I think the 2 other taquerias on island are more authentic and better tasting. On that note if I'm paying 4.25 PER TACO there needs to be more than meat in that tortilla, pico on the side, cool but you better load that taco with chopped onion and cilantro lime etc. Up charged like crazy, I understand the cost to export here but a 3.00$ upcharge, no thank you. Second it's really nice to have at least warm food upon arriving home after ordering takeout why was my entire burrito cold in the 5 minutes it took me to get home... I used to drive 20 minutes to get good Hispanic food and 20 minutes back and my food would still be piping hot like I just got it. I'm not talking about like it's cool NO the meat fries and rice were refrigerator cold by the time I got home. It was all so bad I attempted to get a partial refund, which was denied. Thankfully the people weren't rude however you can't tell me that the pico, guac,and sour cream made the rice, meat and fries refrigerator cold in 5 minutes,if that was the case the food was both old and had been sitting for a substantial amount of time. I ordered a grilled fish taco and took a bite out of it. It had grill marks but was so cold like it came out of the chiller. Our kind server gladly took it back but the rude supervisor/manager brought the plate back loudly informing me that the fish is cold because of the veggies inside and there’s nothing wrong with my fish taco.

I opened the shell and told that rude lady to feel the fish. She took the plate back to the kitchen and walked past my table loudly announcing that next time I should order the fish on the side so I can see if the fish is hot or cold.

I lost my appetite and did not finish my meal. I walked to the counter and while I paid, I gave a piece of my mind to the rude lady. I told her that she picks and chooses which customer she is nice to and for the rest, she is RUDE and very MEAN. She shouldn’t treat customers in that manner. I asked her is it because I’m brown in color and I’m from Guam?

I’ve been holding back with this rude lady and today is when I finally gave her a piece of my mind. She’s been rude to me before and I’m trying to be the better person.

Oh, and she quietly said she was sorry but what I really wanted to do was ask her to say it as loud as she announced that there was nothing wrong with the fish and to order it on the side next time.

Disappointed (Rather upset) So I visited this place before the pandemic and I liked it so yesterday I was inviting friends there based on my previous experience. So first: The place is busy: Good sign, good for them. COVID rules strictly enforced: No biggie. So my friend didn’t have a good picture of the vaccine card so we were forced to buy food to go. Ok, fine. Getting the food to go was the unpleasant experience. I was getting the food for my party of four, and the lady at the packing station was kinda giving me a hard time. I asked for a big bag, which by the way she had a lot of them on her PACKING station, and she wouldn’t give it to me. Really? How can you be so cheap? Is not like she buys the bag herself, she wouldn’t give a bag to take my food to go! A paper bag with a handle! First I was forced to take my food to go but she wouldn’t give me one of the bags she had right next to her? And my food didn’t have any chips at all. None. Zero. The rice portion was very small. And on top of that, my Mexican friend, didn’t like the food at all.
