Disappointed. I placed an order back in December and it was never delivered. After multiple attempts, trying to reach out to the company by email, customer service, USPS and their store, they finally responded through social media.
As time went on, I’ve reached out through email asking the status on my order and never gotten a response. USPS had informed me that they had no record for the tracking they provided me. So I called the store and found out that, my order was at their shop and waiting to be picked up.
Confused as is, I had asked why have they not shipped my order. Come to find out, the item I had purchase was a deluxe item and had to be pick up in store only. I had explain to the associates that I no knowledge of that, nor did it state that before I made the purchase. Also didn’t understand if this was an in-store pick up only item, why was I asked for a billing/shipping information.
After finally hearing back from the company, they had told me once I was given the tracking information and it was picked up, they could no longer do anything about it. Clearly, it was a lie. They had my order at their store the whole time and they couldn’t even reach out to me to inform me, when I’ve been waiting for 2 months.
The situation was handled so unprofessionally and It’s a shame because this is probably the only store that reminds me of home and my experience was terrible. Long story, short: BE CAREFUL on what you order on their site, if you’re not local. Hopefully no one else will...
