Ticas cuisine — Restaurant in Haines City

My family and I have personally eaten at tons of Haitian Restaurants all throughout South and Central Florida and Ticas, by far, is the most authentic, well plated, delicious and fresh food we've tasted! Her pricing is great and so is the customer service, which at times, is rare to find. I appreciate the quality and freshness. You've got to try her diri jonjon and plaintains. Cooked to perfection! 😋.

So, imagine my surprise finding this place on google maps not too far from me like 10 minutes away, where i live there is no Haitian anything. Well it’s no one fault this city has pretty much nothing yet over here… I just visited this place for the first time right before closure, and ma’am! these “pâté and acra” gave me life. ohhh i’m in heaven! the lady’s customer service was on point (so rare to find), she even sent me a text when my food was ready.
