EXAMINE YOUR BILL VERY CLOSELY!!! I took my wife and two daughters (4 people) here to eat. What a shame, the food was so delicious everything was excellent, but then the waitress had to ruin everything at the end when she gave me our bill. She charged us 20% gratuity not one time but two times. It states very clearly on the menu that they charge 20% gratuity for parties of SIX or more. So they had no business of putting any gratuity on the bill at all, in the first place. Let alone twice. TWICE!!! Now, let me tell you, I have worked as a server in all kinds of restaurants for over 10 years in multiple States. It is IMPOSSIBLE to put gratuity on the same bill TWICE accidentally. Not only that, but in every restaurant I have ever worked at, you are unable to even add gratuity without a manager's authorization. And I've done bar and grill, fine dining, diner, you name it. I don't necessarily think that the restaurant itself is complicit but nevertheless I was furious because I know from personal experience it's impossible to do that by accident. So the woman tried to rob me. Her name is Marcela P. She is from Colombia. Again it's such a shame because I really loved the food everything was great. But my family and I will not be returning because we do not like people trying to rob us. If you dine in here please MAKE SURE YOU GO OVER YOUR BILL VERY THOROUGHLY. I'm disappointed angry sad and disgusted. What a shame.

If she did it to me I guarantee she's done it to other people probably just no one else has noticed yet. Your own policy says that you guys only gratuity parties of six or more. ⭐ Doggi’s Arepa Bar – More like “Doggi, Nooo!” 🐕🚫
Walked into this place dreaming of mouthwatering Venezuelan arepas... and instead got a spiritual awakening that hunger is better than disappointment. 🙃🌽
The Arepas: Dry. Bland. Lifeless. I’ve had more flavor licking the inside of a cereal box. 📦🥲 Cheese was confused. Meat was on a silent protest. Even the arepa looked like it wanted to leave. 🫓🚪
The Guasacaca Sauce: Apparently, "guasacaca" means green sadness in liquid form. 💚😭 I tried dipping my arepa for extra taste… still no flavor, just existential dread.
The Service: Waited so long, I bonded with the chair. We’re emotionally connected now. 🪑💔 Our server looked like they were on their 147th hour of hating life. Not a smile. Not even a grunt. Just vibes of doom.
The Prices: For what I paid, I expected at least one mariachi, a llama, and maybe a hug. Instead, I got a cold arepa and a receipt that whispered “mistake” in my ear. 💸👂
Ambiance: Blasting reggaeton like it was a nightclub, but my food danced away before it hit the table. 🎶🥁😵 One speaker blew out mid-song and never recovered. Just like me.

Authentic Venezuelan food. Nice services. Clean place. Patacón (sweet plantain), filled with chicken and everything inside as the famous green sauce. I was dinning with my family two days ago as I said, but I was looking my invoice today for a order TAKE OUT, (we spent more than $101 dinner plus another $65 take out). They charged us 20% for gratitude tips for that take out order. Unfortunately (for Doggis) you already lost a customer, I've been visit doggis since 3 years ago eventually, only with this I won't come back. They are taken advantage of us, not only that, they are training the serves to DO NOT SAY anything to the guests. You steal money once from me... Not twice!
