Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Halls Crossroads

We have eaten at this zaxbys a several times, this time was not the best. The food was OK, but I saw some things that I was not pleased with, first of all, the young man running the register, evidently was new and learning. And that's fine, we all have to learn new things. So he was just a little slow, not a huge deal for me, but there was a lady who had already placed her order, I'm guessing a good while before we got there, and another man placed his order before my wife and I, well the lady and man waited for I'm guessing approximately 5 minutes, and when an order came up and the order should have belonged to the lady, but there was a dispute of who it belong to. Anyway the man looked inside the bag and opened the container. He said this isn't my order, the lady said it might be mine, so she looked inside the container and had her hands on it, as well as the young man who took the order. So they finally decided it belonged to the man. First of all, there is no way I would have taken the order after 3 different people had there hands on it. But the man took it. Finally the lady got her order,and it was wrong, so the young man told the lady that they had put some extra something in her bag, she said that's not going to help me at all. She left the restaurant, so I moved over to where I was supposed to be to wait for my order. And I can see into the kitchen area, and I she a worker eating on the line where they prepare the orders. No gloves never washing her hands. I find that very unprofessional. I get my order and go set down to eat. And an older man goes over to the young man who took the order, and ask him what was that all about. I'm guessing he may have been the manager. The young man tells him what took place and rhe older man tells the younger man that's why you always repeat the order to the customer, in my opinion the older man should have come over to get the situation straightened out, if he was the manager instead of the younger man taking all the heat from the woman and the other guy. But I'll probably not be back to this zaxbys again, not because of the orders being wrong, but because they eat while preparing food...

This place has horrible staff! We have been here a couple of times and something always goes wrong. I don't think we will ever be back to this one again. One day We watched one of their cooks use his gloved hands to fix his hair under his hat. That's right, fixing his hair with the gloves . They are to protect our food from nasty stuff and then he goes right back to fixing the food. I almost threw up when I saw that. I asked for the manager. When I told him what the guy in the back did his reply was, "oh , I'll talk to him." He proceeded to go and tell him that supposedly your not supposed to touch your hair with gloves. Ugh. And then told all the other employees what I said. And then they all gave me dirty looks. It seems the manager just wants to be his employees friends and not an actual manager. And the girl that took our order before hand was so rude! I took a chance and went back again last night. Wrong! We ordered and found out there was no sweet tea made, the ketchup dispenser had mold in it, (I took a picture), our food came out extremely greasy, the toast was burnt (my daughter didn't want to eat it.) This store needs a serious overhaul of employees and management. I'm not wasting my money...

It seems like for months this place can’t get it together, I eat here few times a week but the last time I was there was the straw that broke the camels back. I pull up order get to window can you pull up will bring your order out just like the last 10 times I have been there, so I pull up so they send someone out to ask me to pull up even further then I already was, I don’t understand what the problem is they serve chicken it’s not like they have 20 different proteins just chicken and then when I finally do get it it’s cold not even hot so what was I waiting for? The manager needs to take their phones and maybe they can get something done because that’s what I witnessed when I went inside on there phones instead of cooking making meals I haven’t been back I will visit other locations but I don’t think I will be back to this location it’s ridiculous you can’t order pull pay and drive off with your food, owner you might want to spend sometime at...
