I recently visited Starbucks, and my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff, and that welcoming energy made a great first impression. It’s rare to find service that feels both efficient and personal, but this location managed to deliver both.

Exceptional Service The service at this Starbucks stood out the most. The baristas were friendly, professional, and attentive. Despite a steady stream of customers, they remained calm and focused, making sure everyone felt acknowledged and appreciated.

What I particularly appreciated was the attention to detail. They confirmed my order to ensure it was correct, and one of the baristas even recommended a seasonal drink when I asked for something different. I ended up trying the chestnut praline latte, and it was absolutely delicious! It’s nice to see a team that’s passionate about their work and willing to offer helpful suggestions.

Delicious Coffee The coffee quality at Starbucks is always reliable, and this visit was no exception. I ordered my usual caramel macchiato, and it was perfectly made — hot, fresh, and balanced just right. The espresso was smooth, the milk was perfectly steamed, and the caramel drizzle added the perfect touch of sweetness.

The seasonal chestnut praline latte I tried was a great recommendation from the barista. It had a festive, cozy flavor that wasn’t too sweet, which made it even more enjoyable. It’s clear the team takes pride in crafting each drink to perfection.

Inviting Atmosphere The atmosphere was warm, clean, and inviting. The seating area was comfortable, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee. Even though the café was busy, it never felt overcrowded.

I appreciated how clean everything was — from the tables to the floors and even the restrooms. The background music was also at a pleasant volume, creating a calm and relaxing vibe.

Final Thoughts This Starbucks location truly impressed me with its combination of excellent service, delicious coffee, and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. My drink tasted good. Salted caramel. They were out of the salt though. Reason for only two stars is I felt unwelcome somewhat. Walking in I was greeted. I got my drink. Sat down inside with laptop. I asked if they allowed e-cigarettes inside. I already knew the answer but I thought I'd ask considering I was the only customer, "No sir". Fair enough. Sat back down. Contemplating sitting outside to smoke my e-cig, but I just decided to leave my stuff and go out for a minute. I see the no smoking signs on the tables, but I'm not at the tables. I'm a good few yards from the building. Still a female employee sticks her head out the door and informs me I will have to go at least 25 feet from the building. Really?? I'm the only customer here. No where near the doors or tables. It's not even a cigarette, just vapour that actually smells like fruits to anyone close enough. I had barely had 1 puff and she was super quick on coming out. This made me feel like I was being watched. Stupid I maybe but after that I didn't want to stay any longer. On the way back in I notice some cigarette butts around the front door?? Hmm......So I got my drink, drove a couple of miles north up highway 377 to this other Starbucks. I am now sitting out front working on my laptop, able to smoke my e-cig without having to stand on the edge of the car park! It's funny but there's a lot more customers...

I just had the best Starbucks experience I've ever had! I was ordering for myself and my friend, Brittney, whose birthday it is today. I ordered a Venti Caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and A LOT of extra caramel crunchies (the ones that typically go with another frozen drink on the menu) and a Gouda Bacon Cheese Breakfast Sandwich. The woman that took my order was super sweet, and even said "...Caramel Frappuccino with an INSANE amount of crunchies..." when repeating the order back, so she had a great sense of humor as well which really brightened my day. Then to top it off, they even hooked me up with a side cup of extra crunchies!! (see pic)

I also ordered a Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato and a Toasted Bagel with Cream Cheese for Brittney. They asked her name when I placed the order because I had mentioned it was her birthday, so they wrote a sweet message on her cup for her. I wish I had taken a picture of hers as well, but I only included one of mine.

I just wanted to share this experience and give credit where credit is due, and the employees at this location definitely deserve the recognition! They were polite, friendly, professional, and even made me smile. I couldn't...
