If you want incompetence and poor customer service, this dunkin is for you! My partner placed an online order for us this evening around 11:30AM to be picked up ASAP. Simple: 2 coffees, 3 sandwiches, 1 donut, and 2 munchkin boxes. Everything started fine when greeted at the speaker, but getting the window, I am only handed the 2 coffees and told to have a nice day. Confused and a bit surprised, I told her that I was missing more than half of my order and was asked what else I was waiting on. This happened numerous times, by the way. When I start to tell her what I'm missing, the lady in the drive thru closed the window half way to walk off.
During this time, I just hear continuous chit-chatting from a few the employees as I continue to wait 5 minutes, no exaggeration. Now a full line as formed behind me. Finally she comes back and says "Here" and hands me a bag that has only the sandwiches in it, and when I question where the donut and munchkins are, I am faced with an attitude about it and again am having to explain what I have. I am waiting again to then when she comes back, I have only the donut I asked for and only 3 munchkins of the 15 in total I ordered. She tried closing the widow again, but when I had to call for her to stop and mention this is not what I ordered, I am faced again with more attitude and "Well, how many do you have in total?" At this point, I am beyond frustrated and thinking to myself, you don't have the order on the screen or some ticket? Why is there so much back and forth with an order that was paid for in advance and doing so was to defeat the purpose of having to repeat my order NUMEROUS times.
Alas, I show her phone of what I'm supposed to have and with her last slam of the window and no smile or apology, she hands me the bag with the rest of my order.
Seriously, do not come to this dunkin. I have tried giving it multiple chances simply because it is the closest to my home, but clearly whoever is general manager over this location just hires anyone to work there with no consideration of expertise in customer service or simply just kindness. I will much rather take the extra time to drive to North Haven to that location...

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had anywhere. I ordered a chicken wrap and avocado toast online. Waited... and waited… and waited. When I finally asked, only then did they tell me, "Oh, we don’t have the wrap." No update. No courtesy. Just made me stand there like an idiot.
I asked for a refund — they refused and told me I’d have to do it online. Then they asked if I wanted to get something else instead. I said fine, let’s go with a grilled cheese — and they gave me a croissant with cheese just melted on TOP, not even inside. Is this a joke?
Meanwhile, I’m STILL waiting for the avocado toast — for 20+ minutes, watching people who came after me get theirs first. Not one word from the staff. The cashier was visibly frustrated when I asked how long, snapped back with “I’m not on the food, man” and clearly didn’t care. The kitchen staff just ignored me completely — zero response, zero accountability. Everyone just kept passing the blame.
It felt like I was being punished for ordering food.
Seriously — if you can’t handle basic communication, customer service, or making a simple order right, then what are you even doing running a food place?
This place is a joke. Unprofessional, careless, and rude. Save your time, money, and sanity — go literally...
Read moreEXTREMELY rude service on the weekend. On the weekdays I've been to this location and staff is very friendly- they greet you at the drive-thru with, "How can I make your day today?" and they always get my order correct.
On the weekend, however, there is one particular lady who is there mid day taking orders at the drive-thru. She speaks as if she's annoyed that you are there, placing an order. Then if you try to order more than one thing? Forget it.
I was there today, attempting to order two drinks and two donuts. After I ordered the first drink she said, "Will that be all?" I said, "No," then I ordered the second drink. Without asking if that would complete my order, she said, "Okay pull up". I let my foot off the break for a second when I realized I had not yet completed my order. I said, "Actually that wasn't it..." She said, "Ma'am you already started to pull up, you're going to need to pull up now" in an extremely rude tone.
Needless to say, I will not be going back to this location on the weekend. If you can't be friendly, don't work in customer service. Her unnecessary acrimony put me in a bad mood when I left, and it was completely uncalled for. She should be let go...
