Figured I would write a review about the service my friends and I experienced last night. Mind you I’ve been to this location multiple times prier to these event. So my friend from out of state decided to come down this area for once which we all personally think Chili’s is an amazing place and the foods amazing even with everything that happened the food was still very good it was just the service. But lately this location haven’t been so great. We walked in and got seated to our table when we got there mind you the restaurant seemed pretty slow weren’t many people. But keep in mind we’re pretty chill people and don’t care about a little wait never in a rush but it took our server about 15 min to greet us and get our drink order. We had order one soft drink and two water because at the time just wanted a drink. The server started giving us attitude and rolling her eyes at us when we were trying to get the drink orders in so then we’re like maybe a bad day what not so we left it alone. Then after we got our drinks it took her 20 min to come to our table and ask us if we were ready to order. Mind you the restaurant was pretty dead there weren’t many people in there and there were other servers. We were thinking about leaving because of how long we were waiting and mind you we were definitely starving because we all waited to dinner to really eat. Tell me why when she finally arrives to take our order she had the worst attitude and behavior.she proceeded to throw our chips on the table not no tap she through
the basket down and the way she was rushing us through our ordering and acting like we just did something wrong the whole time. My friends had asked if it was always this bad of a service and I said lately people have been really rude and it’s like we tip 35%. So it’s not like we don’t tip but the way she treated us made us all feel really uncomfortable and the wait just made it so much worse. This was around 6:30-7:00 ish but she had no name tag didn’t ever say her name to us either I know she had dark brown hair and was white but let’s just say she definitely made me not want to come back to this location which used to be one of my favorite spots to hit when dinner time came around. Also for anyone wondering why we didn’t report her was because she made us all sick to our stomach and uncomfortable and we all really just wanted to leave because I’ve never had that experience like that before the food was great just wish the service was...
Read moreBeen to this Chili’s for a couple years now & not once had a bad experience until today. I went around 8:30p to dine in with my boyfriend. We got seated immediately! The place looked very slow today. Our servers name is Janelle, at first she was quick to attend us. We placed our main course meal the same time as our appetizer but asked for our appetizer order to be out first. I mean I THINK ITS THE MOST COMMON SENSE THING TO DO.
Our main course came out 15-20 minutes (FIRST) A couple more minutes go by and we ask her about our appetizer that we asked to be out first. She look like she forgot to punch in our appetizer order. She brings out our appetizer 15 mins later and says the appetizer would be comp due to “the wait”.
She ONLY checked up on us once. I had to ask for her to bring us napkins after we officially were done eating. Once we were done eating and getting ready to pay we notice the comp item wasn’t removed. We call her over , she asks her manager if it can get removed & then she disappears for 10 mins as we are still waiting for our new receipt so we can pay. I had to go up to another server to ask where she went so we can leave and be out there way before they actually close. After Janelle’s manager notices we are disappointed with our service , he just stares shockingly as if it’s out his control. Janelle comes walking to our table AFTER I ASKED WHERE SHE WAS AT & asks us if we are ready to pay as if we weren’t ready 10 mins ago …

Read moreThis review is strictly regarding food prepared for a DoorDash delivery. My favorite dish is the Ancho Salmon, specifically for its ancho-chile and cilantro-pesto. A week ago, I ordered it via DoorDash and the salmon came dry with no cilantro-pesto nor any sauce on top; the steamed broccoli was under-steamed & unseasoned and couldn’t eat half of them as I don’t eat them raw or too hard. Today I decided to give them another try, and ordered the same dish; again no cilantro-pesto on the salmon, instead it had some other dark sauce (couldn’t tell its flavor), and the broccoli again under-steamed and unseasoned. For a dish @ $23, it is aggravating that the quality of the food prepared for delivery is lacking attention. Also a suggestion, the Mexican rice could be consistently served in a small individual container, rather then served mixed with the rest of the food on the ridged plastic to-go container because the rice lodged in the ridges gets wasted as it is hard to fully eat it. Sometimes they serve in individual container and other times thrown with the rest of the food….consistency would be appreciated. 2 times was enough for me, there won’t be a 3rd, sorry. Hope the restaurant makes adjustments for future to-go customers and prepare the entrees the way it is...
