Been here three times. The one girl is really nice and she fills your bowl. The other girl at the front (with who I assume is the manager). Had no problem the first two times, but the most recent time was so horrible. Girl at register was a snob, and so rude. She was acting like it was the biggest inconvenience ringing us up. I scanned my rewards and she got annoyed saying I couldn’t do my rewards even though I hadn’t paid, whatever. Keep in mind, she didn’t even tell me this until I asked, she just kept repeating the total. Then I read my receipt bc the price seemed expensive. She charged for guac, whatever could just be a mistake, it happens. I stood by the side when she was done ringing up the next person I was like “excuse me, I didn’t get any guac but you rang it up” and I APOLOGIZED for not noticing the charge. Then she puts all blame on the manager beside her even though she never mentioned me having guac and got mad and didn’t even bother apologizing, same w the manager. Then the cashier tells me I can’t stand where I was standing twice, off to the side of register💀 like okay so I backed up even though I wasn’t even in their service area or blocking anything. Manager told me to put my card in to issue a refund. I don’t see anything on the card reader so I keep asking if it’s going through and whatnot but she ignores me. I genuinely thought she didn’t speak English but no she was just ignoring me. Horrible costumer service and rude cashier. At least the one girl up front is a good worker, she’s def keeping the place alive with her good portions. She’s the only reason this place isn’t...
Read moreI have gone here many times for dine in, pick up and take out. Almost every time I go my anxiety is high. If I see more that 4 people in line I know it's going to be a wait. Last time I went 3 young men came in and got in line behind me. It was lunchtime on a Friday. After seeing the line barely move within 15 minutes they left.
Most of the staff don't speak or understand english very well. I asked for 2 tacos and they kept saying 3. I even held up two fingers to show what I wanted. Someone else came and figured out what 2 was.
So after waiting for like 20 minutes with just 5 people in front of me I placed my order. The person that made my tacos was throwing the food around so fast i don't think I got the correct amount of chicken. I can't blame him because he was just trying to keep up and move the line.
As I approached the register they somehow put my tacos with the customer in front of me. I had to speak up and tell them it was mine.
I'm not sure why but the person working the cash register can't speak english and is always fumbling with payments.
Once I noticed when I got home that they didn't even charge me for half my order.
What I don't understand is how can a business person own a place like Chipotle ,most likely worth a few million dollars not know that their restaurant is being run so poorly.
All you have to do is stop in at lunchtime and see what the heck is going on.
Well after all this I do continue to go but not in the middle of lunch time. last word is go at...
Read moreWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER. The employees here have absolutely no customer service skills and treat paying customers with rudeness and disrespect.
I stopped by around 8:15 PM with my wife, and from the start it was a disaster. When I approached the counter to order, I was greeted with, “What do you want?”—not exactly the kind of welcome you expect. Half of the food containers were empty, and the worker was literally scraping the bottom of the pan to get guacamole for my tacos. By this point, I already knew it would be my first and last visit.
When I went to pay, the cashier didn’t say a single word—not even the total. She just stared at me as if I was supposed to magically know it was time to pay. After that, I went to grab forks and napkins, only to find there were no forks. I politely asked the cashier for a couple, and instead of simply handing them to me, she looked at me like I was lying, walked away without a word, then came back with a giant box of forks. Instead of giving me two, she made me walk all the way to the back to get them myself—just to prove a point. Unbelievable.
If I’m paying for food, the very least I expect is basic respect. The management here should be ashamed for allowing this type of behavior to go unchecked.
In the photo you can see how carelessly she placed the items. Corn was all over the bag because she didn’t cap it all the way.
Good luck staying in business—I doubt you’ll be around in this neighborhood for long. Goodbye, and...
