Now I've been to a couple of Paneras in my area having 3 of them within 20 miles of my house. This one is the worst one I've been to. Every time I come here the dishes are dirty the servers get the order wrong or don't bring the food to our table and expect us to get it. If you want us to do that why give us the pager or the order from your table option. Today my boyfriend and I came to get a simple breakfast sandwich. First off, it's 10:45 and they ran out of bread. It is called Panera Bread. They literally have bakery to make this stuff daily. Whatever small detail, right? My boyfriend received his egg bacon and cheese sandwich. It had no egg. It was cheese and a clump of bacon. The name of the sandwich has 3 ingredients and you forgot the main part of it. It's breakfast and you forgot the egg. When we told the server, who is also the manager, she said well let me look. Took the sandwich to the back put an egg on it and dropped the plate off. There wasn't much concern for the mistake that was made and she obviously doesn't deserve a job that pays 15 dollars an hour. During my visit, I mistakenly picked up the wrong type of cup for water. Instead of handling the situation professionally or offering a polite correction, the manager came over to my table, did not ask me anything, and removed the water cup from my table without my permission.Not only was this unnecessarily aggressive, but the manager’s attitude was incredibly rude and condescending. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled in such a disrespectful and public way.
