Absolutely the worst dining experience I've ever had. Went for dinner last night with my mother and my one and a half year old daughter. To start off the waitress told us they had no fries which blew our minds. So we ordered 2 margaritas which you couldn't even taste the alcohol. Im not a big drinker but every once in a while a like to enjoy a cocktail so that was very disappointing. My daughter got a apple juice which was warm so she wouldn't drink it. My mother and I both ordered burgers and my daughter got mac and cheese and broccoli.. so after waiting about 45 minutes for our food it finally came out. I go to give my daughter a fry which all of a sudden they had and to my surprise it was cold. I proceeded to feel the rest of my food and it was all ice cold the cheese on my burger wasn't even slightly melted. The same went for my mother's food ice cold. It was like it was just sitting on the line not under any warmers or anything. I then checked my daughters food which to my surprise was Luke warm so I was actually able to feed her right away. The burgers we sent back the waitress ask if we wanted new ones but we didn't want to take the chance of waiting another 45 minutes only to get cold food again. And with a child I only have a limited amount of time. By far the worst dining experience...
Read morePosted the following on their facebook page 6 months ago and nevet received a response. I've been there several times with my family. Hamilton marketplace location trenton nj. Never really had any complaints. Then on 5/17/2017 I took my family there for dinner. We sat in a booth and started noticing flying ants. I told the waitress. She was very nice. They got rid of the ants. A few minutes later they're back. There's even more. I look at the light fixture and realize that it, and many others, haven't been cleaned in ages. I politely asked to be moved. Again the waitress was very helpful. She moved all of our stuff to a new table. A few minutes later I see these ants all over the window flying around my 3 year olds. The window is disgustingly dirty. At this point I go directly to the manager. I explain to her that it's hard to enjoy dinner when we have to keep dealing with this issue. She apologized with a 7 dollar discount. On a 60 dollar check. SEVEN DOLLARS. That's barely making an effort. Oh she also said she would send us an email for 2 free entrees. It's been a week. Still checking my email. I included my 7 dollar discount into the tip. The waitress cared more than the manager. I will no longer spend money there until I am made to feel like I matter...
Read moreWe stopped here in late August to get a burger and the experience was exceptional. We ate outside; beautiful weather. Burgers were good and the service was even better. Went yesterday, September 5, 2020, indoor dining was in effect, however, we again ate outside. No wait - which was great. Ordered our food approximately 5:55 p.m. Food did not arrive until 6:30 p.m.! And when they placed it on our table it was COLD! My wife flagged down our server (the one we had before) and explained the situation concerning the cold food. She offered no apology and suggested that we speak with the manager. Initially, we hesitated, however, she insisted so we obliged. We sat for about 10 minutes waiting for the manager and when he finally appeared he had our orders in his hands; placed them on the tables; still with out any apologies. He began to explain that the onion rings were "hot" now. I told him "what about the burgers - they were cold too!" He looked shocked and I told him we were done. He snatched the trays off the table and left. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. I will have to think long and hard if I will EVER come to this location again. Have been too many times to mention but this experience was beyond forgiving. A 1-star rating...
