Update again, I’ve contacted Crumbl about this and with picture. SHOCKING! No response almost a week later. The company nor does the owner of this store care. All they care to do is respond here with a generic apology/statement that never goes any further. Don’t believe me? Read all the reviews they respond to. It’s same generic responses
Update to owners response: I’m sorry, I made it very clear and your response is just an unacceptable auto generated answer
I was there on 9/25/24. I place a mobile order for 5:40pm pickup. The place was packed with people waiting inside and outside. My pickup que# was 22 at first. Then all of a sudden it changed to #25. I waited there 1hr and 15 minutes before I even got my order!! My Que number never changed from 25th in line the entire time. I would of never even gotten my order ever if I didn’t make my way to the front asking them what’s going on with the pickup order and I’ve been waiting for an 1hr and 5min already. That I also told them I’ve been watching people show up 30-40 min after I’ve been there, grabbing orders! I got a response that she was sorry and she doesn’t know what’s going on with the Que pickup that it isn’t working. She said she’ll try and get my order as soon as possible. I eventually get my box another 10 min after speaking to her and leave. Now the best part! The 3 snickers cookies were still glop uncooked dough. Had no chocolate drizzle on it and hardly anything on top of it as far as toppings, especially one of them with nothing. My 2 Oreo cookies had slight dusting on partial of the cookies and they put no sprinkles. The icing on them were completely melted like a glaze and falling off the cookies. This is absolutely absurd and totally unacceptable after this crazy wait and no working system of orders. Crumbl, you need to make this right! I am coming in today after work with this box I received last night and I expect to return it and get a...
Read moreToday on 7/29/25 I went to Crumbl Cookie Hamilton New Jersey location. I walk in to place my order. There were 3 employees standing around each other and I’m guessing the store manager standing off to the side. One of the employees back was towards the door and the other two were facing in a way that they could see customers walking in. I waited and no one addressed me or said we will be right with you. I had to say is someone going to help me or do I need to just wait. At that point one of the employees walk over to the register and takes my order, no apology for having me wait or anything. I pay for my order and call the store back and say I was just there and was it normal to have a customer to wait and not address the customer. The manager immediately becomes defensive and says I watched the cameras back and “you wired for 10 seconds, and they did say welcome to crumbl we will be right with you” no none of that is true. No one said anything I said to her. She then proceeds to tell me “you’re being incredibly rude and I’m going to hang up on you” excuse me! I’m being rude? No you are unapologetic for your staff behavior and lack people skills. I for one have never had a manager be so rude regarding a customer experience. I would never go back there again. The staff including the manager are unprofessional. When a customer enters into the store the very first thing that should be done is to make the customer feel welcome. Had I been a white customer I’m sure my experience would have played out very differently or the manager would have treated me differently as well. Racist acting staff and unprofessional two things that can cause a business to go under. Buyers beware and spend your...
Read moreOrdered a 4 pack the day before I needed them, only to get to the store (at 3pm), wait for my order and be told that 2 out of the 4 items are unavailable. They literally only had 4 choices available. What is the point of ordering ahead if they aren't going to have the items you order? When I asked the worker if ordering ahead was kind of pointless, he said, "I guess if you get here earlier, it's busy today". He couldn't be bothered to actually provide customer service and explain anything. I get that it's busy but what kind of business model does Crumbl have that they don't plan ahead for the pickup orders or for the walk-in customers? I left there swearing I'd never come back. I actually had placed another order at the Newtown, PA location the day before because they had stock of the items I wanted. When I left the Hamilton location, I called Newtown just to make sure they had the items I ordered and the experience was night and day. The woman said, "we have everything available, we have planned for a busy day and we will see you soon." When I got there the staff was exceptional! The guy showed me my order and asked if everything looked good, they greeted me upon entering...they were a well oiled machine....something that the Hamilton...
