Used to be our favorite place. Unfortunately, after tonight we will not be going there again. They were busy with a lot of big tables so of course we knew it would be awhile. No big deal the food is worth it. What is not worth it is the customer service ! We order our drinks and food . Our drinks came out and so did our salads. We could not eat our salad because we still did not get silverware. Not to mention no one even came to our table to check on us. We asked another waitress for silverware she said they are working on it. Then I see her bring the table of 6 that came in after us get silverware( by the way there was only 3 of us). Then 40 minutes later they bring us our food I asked for the silverware. The waitress says “ well I said we working on it. We can’t control the dishwasher”. I guess we were suppose to eat with our hands. The customer service there was horrible. I guess they assumed because we were all different races that we were not going to tip. The other tables would so they came first. Btw, it could have all been handled differently if they just apologized explained the situation and asked if we would like plastic instead or if we wanted to wait. We wait and hour and a half and left with out eating. The least they could have done was not charge us for our drinks for the inconvenience but instead they had an attitude and charged us the $5. 00. Sad because that was my favorite place but I can’t support bad...
Read moreThis place has the worst customer service and lack of sensitivity toward an individual's health, I have ever seen in a food establishment. Recently, I stopped to dine in. I purchased food and drinks for my daughter and wife. I could not order food for myself due to a health issue diet. I was handed a bag which contained food tailored to my diet by a family member. As soon as I began to eat, I was approached by one of the waitresses and was told that I could not eat food that was not purchased at Frank's Pizza. I explained to the young lady that I purchased food and drinks for my family. That the only reason I was not eating something from the pizzeria was because of a health issue special diet. Immediately as I am explaining the situation to the waitress. I was approached by a male who was very rude as he stated you can't eat that here! In an extremely rude approach. At which time, I told my wife and daughter that we would be leaving. I have been to many establishments throughout the years and I have never experienced such lack of consideration and sensitivity towards an individual's health. This establishment definitely need to reevaluate their policy and train their staff how to treat customers especially those with special diets due to medical issues. Very poor attitude towards the customers. I do not...
Read moreFairly good food combined with the lack of local competition has made me a regular for a number of years. I've been quite pleased with their pizza, but with take out orders of anything else they ALWAYS screw it up. It's getting to be the running joke with my family: "Let's see what Frank's messed up this time!"
Yesterday's was order was typical: I ordered eggplant rollatini and got eggplant parmesan. I asked for regular bread and got their utterly bland and soggy garlic bread instead (avoid at all costs!). They used to offer a choice of soup or salad - now it's only salad, and they don't keep the dressing on the side, so saving any salad for later gets it gross and soggy.
And the person speaking on the phone had a very thick foreign accent and seemed to make NO attempt to slow down his speech until after I repeatedly kept saying, "I'm sorry, but I can't understand you." If you're not fluent in English, that's OK, but SLOW DOWN and speak carefully so the customer can understand you. I shouldn't have to ask you to do that. If you're unwilling or unable, then get someone else - ANYONE else - to handle...
