Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

Went in to get a wrap. It’s been a while since I have been to Jersey Mike’s so I walked in and asked if they do wraps. The woman who was working with the meat rudely responded with a yes, pointed to the menu and said to me “it’s right there” in a completely rude tone as if I was stupid. The same woman then puts the meat on the wrap, and gives the wrap to the next guy… I told him that was good, just plain. The woman who put the meat on rolled her eyes, threw her hands up in the air, whispered something to the guy at the next station, both of them laughed and she stormed off. I mean…I’m not an expert in body language but to me that felt like I was being laughed at for some reason for the way that I had ordered my food…I definitely do not want to feel uncomfortable in an establishment where I order food because of the way I order food. I could of course be wrong and it may not be the way I’m feeling it. However, this is how I do feel. I do hope that I am wrong about this butttt to be safe from any future feelings of embarrassment for no reason, I probably won’t come back to this location. I get it, we’re all human but if you’re going to act that way don’t do it in front of...

Never Again at this location...my husband had the meatball sub which was a total wreck, sloppy sauce everywhere including on the outside of the to-go bag which ended up on our cloth console. Then, myself ordered the Original Italian, asked for banana peppers and the guy heeped them on there and I even said something to him but he didn’t listen as the background music was so loud you could barely hear the staff talk to you. Plus, I asked for it toasted, went to use the restroom and came back, asked them again to toast it and they said they did. We left and we were eating on the go so I opened mine leaving the parking lot as did my husband and my sandwich was soooooo cold and the bread was not warm at all or had that little toasty crisp to it. The whole meal was a bomb, super unhappy as we love Jersey Mike’s but this location and staff need some continuing education in customer satisfaction. We’re disappointed. Had we not been driving for 10 hrs already we would have went back and complained but we just wanted...

I don't know how anyone could get the wrong sub at ANY Jersey Mikes. You are standing there watching them make it! That said, I have been buying Jersey Mike's subs since Mike opened his 1st. store in the mid-50s. I have had them as far away as California, Hagerstown, MD, North Carolina, multiple NJ and PA locations. In my younger days I could eat a whole giant #13 at one sitting. Now that I'm older and wiser, it's a two day meal that never disappoints! Of the 100s I have eaten, fewer than a dozen were other than the #13! I liked the others, but I LOVE the #13 (Super Italian!), Mike's Way, of course! And you know what? Mikes training of franchisees guarantees you get the same great sub at any location! Cheese Steak sub? I have been looking at that one on the menu board for years. Maybe next time...! Jersey Mike's, anywhere, is like coming home for...
