Crumbl — Restaurant in Hamilton Township

During my first visit to Crumbl cookie, I was filled with anticipation and excitement to finally try their renowned treats. However, my experience took an unsettling turn as I observed a couple of concerning issues that I feel compelled to address.

Upon entering the store, I couldn't help but notice a large mixing bowl of uncovered raw eggs behind the glass. This raised questions about the adherence to proper food handling practices and the overall hygiene standards in the kitchen. It is essential for food establishments to cover raw ingredients to prevent contamination.

What truly alarmed me, though, was witnessing an employee, a female, rolling out cookie dough with gloved hands. To my surprise, she proceeded to wipe her nose not once, but twice, using the same gloved hand. This not only raised serious sanitary concerns but also highlighted a lack of proper hygiene practices. Maintaining cleanliness and upholding food safety standards is of utmost importance in any food establishment.

I feel it’s crucial for Crumbl cookie to address these issues and implement proper management to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in their kitchen. Customers rely on establishments to prioritize their health and well-being, and it is the responsibility of the management to enforce and monitor these practices.

Lastly while I was initially excited to try Crumbl cookie, I couldn't help but feel uneasy about the observed lapses in hygiene and food handling. the cookies are good but i went again as i went on opening night where the line was wrapped around the store. the line surprisingly moved fast but when i went yesterday, there were maybe 10-15 people waiting for food. no line outside, but we were stopped because they had to “hold orders”. i’m lost as to why on opening day the cookies were readily prepared, but two weeks later the workers were slacking almost. we waited about 20 minutes just for some cookies. they were good but i think the restaurant needs to improve its customer service and efficiency. workers were just standing around and gossiping. i also don’t understand why the customers can see the kitchen. most places it’s hidden and it provides privacy for the workers. especially if the register girl isn’t helping, there’s no need to combine the two areas. it just makes the...

Anyways after several weeks the quality of cookies and of service just continued to drop and drop and drop.. staff switched out for some incredibly rude individuals.. steer clear, go to Minos Bakery or LilyGrey Sweets instead
