Tonight we wanted Taco Bell for dinner , we usually go to the one in Lebanon but the maineville one was closer so we went there . We spent 62.91 on food for the whole family . When we got back with the food we opened the bag to find food missing , our fries were ice cold , my mothers steak tacos were nasty , it was like they had been nuked in the microwave , the lettuce was soggy , the sour cream wasnāt even the right consistency and the meat tasted bad , my mother even put sour cream on it to try to eat it since she had taken her insulin and could only eat a few bites before she became sick to her stomach ! When I called the store the I assume manager told me that it was on me and that if I wanted anything done Iād have to wait till tomrmrow cause he didnāt want to deal with it . I went all the way to the store as the man on the phone said I could to get a refund but then when I got there he couldnt give me my money back that I had to wait till tomorrow to get it back and I told him well I need to go get food somewhere else so we could eat and 63 dollars isnāt cheap but they called the cops instead of the GM ( that he was supposedly on the phone with her name is Chelsea ) giving him the right stuff to issue it and now I have to go back at 6 pm on the 3rd to be able to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWanted to share a terrible experience at this horribly managed store. First if all, Have to use the kiosk to order your food. Kiosk doesnt allow you to order a water. The kiosk also wont give you a receipt. So the employees never make your stuff right. If you add on items like extra sauce or sour cream to your food, you never get it. (My experience) Without the receipt they want to go look it up and spend 10 minutes doing it. They had No one at counter to hand out drink cups. So i took one from the bin behind the front counter. The manager seen me came running over to the fountain to yell at me. And then proceeded to walk past a customer the 2nd time who was trying to get him to acknowledge him to fix his messed up order. So instead of helping a customer with his issue he wanted to look tough by correcting me and ignored his customer. Who had been standing there since i walked in. I wanted to grab my cup because 99.99% of the time the worker calls your name and walks off. So you stand there for 10 minutes waiting for the workers to come back to give you one. The people they find to manage stores are pathetic. They cant train anyone right because theyre untrained. This is the $20/hr crew even when they make an absurd amount of money for fast food they...

I mean- itās Taco Bell so I know I shouldnāt have overly high expectations but literally out of the 10 times we have come to this location in the last year they have gotten our order correct once! One time!! āļø My husband loves Taco Bell so we come here out of shear convenience but I bet this place owes me at least $25 worth of food they have charged me for and I have not received. Whatās hard is you literally have 2 seconds to check the bag (and everything inside looks the same so itās hard to tell if they have left something off) before they are rushing you out of there and I donāt know about you but I am not turning around, wasting gas and driving back for a freakin quesadilla but itās the principal- if I pay for it- Iām not going to be cool with not getting it! And honestly, it kind of seems intentional because they never give you a receipt to check. But thatās ok. Next time Iāll ask for each meal to be bagged separately, I will ask for a receipt and hold the whole drive thru lame up for as long as it takes to check the whole orderā¦cause Iām done with being scammed out of my money š¬š
But please for the love of God letās pay these people $20 an hour to screw up every single order...
