Wendy's — Restaurant in Hamilton

Very fast and friendly service. Dined inside and it was very well maintained and clean. I always love everything I get. I got the Single with cheese, Frosty and French Fries. The French fries were a bit cold and the burger looked hastily made. My only complaint (because I paid) was my friends $5.00 large meal. He was supposed to get a double cheeseburger and nuggets and it looked like a kids meal. Very disappointed. There was barely anything on his burger and it was extremely skimpy and something they would serve to a kid. Definitely not to where they advertised about on the "big menu". He was not happy about it but ate it anyway. He got the chicken nuggets that came with it and again very skimpy. He only got four cold chicken nuggets and the fries again looked like a kids meal. The only thing he liked was his frosty. What was even more perplexing was they had no salt! What kind of burger place has no salt. There was no salt (just pepper) packets where the condiments were. When he asked the associate/cashier for some salt she said they were completely out. Seriously??? Very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location on...

Showed up before closing wanting to order 2 large chilies. Was told no chili since the store was going to be closing soon. So I had to change my entire order for me and my husband and purchased and paid for the Italian mozzarella spicy chicken sandwich combo large sized with a coke and a regular spicy chicken sandwich. Myself and another family were all waiting on orders.. I got home was missing the mozzarella spicy chicken sandwich. (I believe my sandwich was given accidentally to the other family that was waiting before me) So I called the store since I live not far and asked if I could come back and get it since I paid for it and was told NO. BECAUSE they were closed. This was not acceptable since I paid for it and it was my dinner. So thanks to Wendy's I had to skip dinner for the night instead of getting the dinner that I paid for. I believe I should be able to order Wendy's chili regardless of the time as well. Something needs to be done...

I ordered a lg chile($4.29). I literally got vegetable beef soup. It was terrible and awfully watered down. You guys raise prices and lower quality! We the customer are the only reason you have a company and people have jobs. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves in corporate. This is a sad excuse for a chile. I live 30 minutes from this Wendy’s and wasn’t about to drive all the way back and when I called ,no answer.
