Smoothie King — Restaurant in Louisiana

Let me start off this review by saying I love smoothie King. But I would have to say this location is one of the worst locations in the country. I thought maybe it was a coincidence that I came by one day and it took 20 minutes with only one car in front of me to get my smoothie. But today I came back I had to repeat my order three times because the person did not understand my order. Then they still did not get the smoothies right. The last time I came, the reason why it took over 20 minutes for me to get my smoothie with only one car in front of me was because One of the employees was sweeping the floors instead of making smoothies and when I asked her why was she not making the smoothies instead of sweeping the floors because she said that was more important to do right now and I told her never mind. I did not want your smoothies and I asked for the manager. She said she did not have a manager there. I asked what their name was and she said I can't give out that information. I asked what the corporate phone number was so I could call and she said she did not have it. This is something that should be posted on the window. If management or corporate management or district management read this review, please have a talk with your employees at this location about their manners and their flow of work. I have been to this smoothie king a few times . Every employee I have come into contact with whether I had questions or if I was uncertain what to order, they have been so professional about it and helped me out a lot. I explained to the manager I used to like the wheat grains in my hulk but they took it out years ago. She then recommended I use/add the super grains in my smoothie (which is what I was looking for ) and it made my smoothie taste just like it did years ago. She was so helpful. If you are in the Hammond area I highly recommend going to this location, they are just so professional there and might I add the store WAS EXTREMELY CLEAN!!!! Everything takes forever to come out and be ready asking for extra stuff is apparently un doable because I never seem to get anything how I want even when I ask at this location I’m done going to this location the boy and the girl working today around 10:20 I was there I told the young man I wanted extra hazzle nut drizzle and he told me it already had extra drizzle but Ik how it’s suppose to look and he never gave me my extra drizzle both twice I came back to ask yesterday and today I’ll add picture so you can see the differences of extra and whatever I got.
