First time here: Upon entry there was no one to seat us, so we thought we were supposed to seat ourself, then as we got a menu and were headed to our table someone came out and greeted us, but she got a little snippy that we had gotten our own menus off the counter and found our own table. The atmosphere was nice and calm, few other guests were already seated and chit chatting. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. There was a different person to take our order than the first girl who greeted us. We started with The Vietnamese eggrolls which were good but the dipping sauce was too thin. For drinks we went with The Thai tea, strawberry milk tea and the jasmine milk tea which were all delicious. I ordered the Deluxe Beef Noodle Pho with shrimp added. The broth was probably the best I've ever had, very aromatic at flavorful. I didn't even need to add any sauces. My husband ordered The Sriracha shrimp fried rice which he says is fantastic. The Heat is not overpowering the flavor. It's the perfect balance of sweet heat. Shrimp was cooked perfectly in both dishes. The owners cousin came out and chatted with us a few minutes and we expressed our gratitude as well as gave our compliments to the Chef. We forgot to take pictures of our food. We spent $113 for all this plus 2 extra take home plated of shrimp fried rice. Will definitely be back.
